The White Hart Hotel is a charming 16th century coaching inn located on Lewes High Street. Following an extensive refurbishment in 2024, Heartwood Inns has lovingly restored this impressive building back to its very best. With the addition of an orangery and roof terrace that overlooks the South Downs, four spectacular lower ground suites our Luxe bedrooms, 19 further delightful bedrooms, a large dining room and cosy bar with characteristic snugs with original open fireplaces for all to enjoy.

Quirky, sparkly, hidden gem, just off the seafront

The perfect space for the young (or young at heart), looking for something exciting and unique! There is a lounge/kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster). Shower & WC. This is more a work of art than a room. With extravagant, exotic, flowing murals and a golden, glittering ceiling, illuminated by chandeliers. The bed is a double mattress set in it's own small but glittering, sparkly chamber. This room is unconventional. Please read ALL parts of this listing BEFORE requesting to book.

This room is a unique experience. Imagine yourself in an exotic four-poster bed, in a grand oriental house, with a beautiful ceiling, broken to reveal a stunning midnight blue-green 'sky', resplendent with gold stars. The hand crafted furniture enhances the experience, as does the rococo style blue and gold shower and toilet decorated with huge oriental style flowers. New double/twin room

Room 5 Oakhurst is a Bed & Breakfast, we are offering this basic single room through airbnb. This space is ideal for Gatwick Airport night stops, I dont however recommend it for longer stays where you need to rest during the day. The room is very clean, busses plus 10 minute walk and a great pub 5 minutes away. A fridge microwave and utensils are available and transport to and from the airport at a fee.
