The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. 200 sqm cottage, built in 2024 on a 1000 sqm plot. 1.3 km walk through the forest of the Wollin National Park to the beach. Bedroom house: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. House: large living area, clay oven, sauna, dining table, kitchen island as well as terrace and garden. The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea as we know it on Usedom from before: high beech forest, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without a promenade and spectacle.
