Whether a boat trip at sunset, letting go of everyday life in the sauna temple (on request), a bike ride or hike through forests and fields - or just switch off in front of the fire, you can find all this in the house on the lake! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is fully equipped, cozy and has beautiful views in every direction. The climate is created by original paintings. It has a large terrace. The Painter's House is located in a large garden with ponds and a small forest. Guests have access to recreation areas in the garden, walking paths, a playground and a fire pits. There are beautiful lakes and forests in the area. It is a perfect place for people who value the proximity of nature.

Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a beautiful view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

Inside, there is a fireplace, a mezzanine, and a kitchenette. Outside trampoline, swing, fire pit. There is a scenic forest trail to Lake Hajka – it only takes 20 minutes to walk! A great base for exploring the sea (53km). Perfect for a family getaway or a romantic weekend away.

It is a quiet interior in a location that guarantees proximity to the sea, lighthouse, promenade and central beach. In my space, you can feel at home, enjoy the view of the river and enjoy the convenient location.
