Vacation rentals with a patio in West Plains

I could never say enough great things about this apartment. It was even cuter in person than in the photos. Walt and Amy responded to any questions I had very quickly and they were always kind and helpful. The apartment was spotless and decorated beautifully. The location was less than 2 miles from the baseball fields my son was playing on. There was also a music fest all weekend in the park across the street. So after a long day of baseball, we were able to sit on the back patio and enjoy the music. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

The Cozy Downtown Retreat in Mansfield was the best Airbnb rental we've ever had, and we've sampled quite a few properties. The apartment was a new build and everything was spotless and comfortable. The rooms were beautiful and the the apartment had everything we needed--and the view of the park below was beautiful! The host, Michelle, was friendly and available--best ever! We hope to visit this beautiful property again. A+++

This place was an outstanding find. Brand new everything, super clean, fast internet, a new Weber grill, fridge, range, etc. concrete parking pad next to the cottage was ideal. This area is challenging to find nice, modern accommodations. I’d definitely stay here again over any other place in the area. We loved it!

Skye and Laron’s rental was great and I was very comfortable there. They both responded to messages very quickly and were flexible with me and my arrival time which needed to change due to extreme weather. Good folks.

Nice to have a new build available for nightly rental in the AVA area. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Located on the third floor but not difficult as long as stairs is not a problem for you.

We had a great stay! The place was just as described - clean, comfy, and in a really convenient location. There was a small issue with the kitchen, but the host was super responsive and went out of their way to address it quickly, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent, and they were genuinely helpful throughout. We especially loved the front covered patio - perfect for relaxing, and the string lights added a nice touch. There were even local pamphlets and restaurant menus, which came in handy. The host really thought of everything: extra towels, ceiling fans, an air purifier, and even a stash of AA, AAA, and 9V batteries. We didn’t end up needing them, but it’s the kind of thoughtful detail that makes a difference. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.

It was charming and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We came during a winter storm and there were no power issues and it stayed warm! The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. We would definitely stay here again!

This stay was wonderful. The hosts have thought of everything, the loft is very clean and comfortable. We loved the property! Taking our coffee down to listen and watch the creek first thing in the morning was perfect for us. Beautiful place!

Shelley's house was a peaceful retreat tucked away along a country road. A pleasant walk past rolling farmland and quiet cows connected us to a lake with picnic and fishing opportunities. In the evening we caught fireflies and watched lightning from the ample front yard. The house was sparkling clean, tasteful and simple. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and laundry supplied everything we needed. There was pkenty of hot water--even with 5 of us taking back-to-back showers in the morning. We enjoyed a break from wi-fi and streaming TV, but if a traveler needs these, they may need to find another place to stay. We did have good cell service. We loved the handcrafted woodwork and doors and cowhide rug.

It's a nice clean house and a nice yard. Good place for a couple to stay or a family. Far enough off the highway don't have to worry about the traffic. Stephen was always checking to make sure everything was satisfactory. Good place to stay.

This place was awesome. Great view, the home was stocked with what ever we needed. The host was easy to get ahold of , No spiders, which was a big plus for my wife. I would definitely stay there again. 10 out of 10

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of long-time friends getting together for a legendary trip. We really appreciated the peaceful river setting, the well stocked kitchen, and the awesome Pit Boss smoker (which got plenty of use!). Everything worked great and we didn’t have a single issue during our visit. Highly recommend this place for groups looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of space and charm. Thanks for hosting us!

Wilder Than You was a great home for our Jeep Jamboree weekend. It was a nice home to come back to for hot showers and comfy beds. Steven was a great host and everything was provided for in the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Will definitely be back!!!

This place was perfect for my family who were visiting for my wedding. It was super spacious and allowed us all to be together hanging out. We loves this house and Amanda was super responsive if we had any issues. Would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay pictures are an accurate description of the place. You are right on the lake to see ducks and beavers with your morning cup of coffee such a relaxing place to stay thank you Eileen.

Place was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy with super soft sheets. Close to everything you need to see in this little town.

We stayed here last year and again this year. Always a pleasant stay, clean, friendly, peaceful and fun. Sits just on the edge of town to be quiet but close enough to walk to the dairy shack or down to the coffee shop. It’s a great place to stay, great hosts, and very very clean. We will be back again next year!

Hogans hideout was a spacious and clean space. I would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean & clutter free. Perfect for a last minute trip with kids.
