Jason’s place was perfect for my family’s visit! Everything was clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was nicely stocked! We would recommend Jason’s place to others looking for a place to stay in the West Monroe area!

Just the nicest little cozy place to stay! The Barndo was extremely clean and just as described in the photos. And the host was very nice and quick to respond! If I’m ever back in this area I will definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend if you are in the area.

This place is a little piece of paradise! From sun up, to sun down, the view will amaze you… even from the inside. At night, the sounds of nature and plush bedding ease you to sleep. The space is beautiful and intentionally designed to make you feel right at home. Anytime I had a question, it was answered quickly and in detail. You can really tell Katy and Mark put their hearts into what they are doing. Thanks for a great stay. ❤️

We enjoyed our stay! The cottage was beautiful and the back yard was perfect for our doggie.

Our stay for a campus tour was perfect - Teena was very responsive and kind, happy to answer our questions within minutes! The house is an excellent location, close to campus, food and surrounded by lovely older architecture- perfect for an evening stroll.

Cute place. It is an older home so it has its quirks. So if you appreciate older homes, you’ll love it. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. The location is very close to a Walmart and restaurants. It’s on a private street that connects 2 other streets so there is a fair bit of traffic. Overall great stay. I would recommend this house.

Beautiful cottage. Great backyard deck. Updated kitchen. It felt like home. I loved the quiet. It was kinda like glamping, surrounded by a camping environment with a beautiful home with all the amenities in the center.

We traveled from Texas, Mississippi, and Georgia to Ruston for my daughter’s graduation, and this guest house was the perfect home base for our close-knit family — including my 18 month niece and daughter’s dog! With a group of eight, we needed a space that offered both comfort and privacy, and this property delivered. The primary suite was especially appreciated by my mom, who enjoyed having her own peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the celebrations. As a bonus, we got to enjoy the live music from a nearby event venue, which added to the festive atmosphere without being disruptive. The home was well-equipped, cozy, and just what we needed to make this special weekend even more memorable. Highly recommend for families looking for a spacious and relaxing stay in Ruston!

It was the perfect place to end the day after visiting our son at Tech. Quiet, cozy and super cute!

Sommer's place was nice and roomy for our large family stay. We were in town for ULM graduation and it was nice to have everyone under the same roof and a comfortable place to hang out.

Drew was a great host! The property was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the secluded feeling, even though you share grounds with others, you never knew. Drew greeted us as we were unpacking the car, he was very friendly and made sure to let us know, if we needed anything to let him know. The property was remote but close to anything you would need. A perfect, peaceful hideaway! We are thinking about staying longer, should we make it back that way.

House was great and provided us with anything we may need for our stay. Susan was responsive to questions we had. Would recommend her and definitely will use her house again for future trips.

Stacie was a great host, and responded quickly, keeping in touch regarding any questions or concerns we had. I also appreciate her making the dates available at the last minute. We highly recommend her and will definitely choose her again if we have to come back to this area.

I loved it lol forgot how to use the keypad a couple of times and forgot the code as well but it was great it wasn't loud or nosie the home itself was amazing I loved the room det up my mom visited and she loved the Betty boop pictures in the one room we loved it

Katie was extremely friendly and responsive. Her instructions were simple and made it easy to enjoy the stay. As always we look for places that allow us to bring our fur babies, and Katie accommodated. The backyard was spacious and the dogs enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to many places. Overall this place felt right at home and I’d definitely look to stay here again.

This was easy from start to finish and house was exactly as described.

Kristy is a great host! I have stayed at a fair amount of Airbnb's, Vrbo's, etc. and I can't say that I have found one where the kitchen was as fully equipped as this was. Just to name a few: water in the fridge, condiments, spices, coffee, enough food items that you can make a meal without having to run out for groceries, especially if you arrive exhausted. A nice array of snacks on the counter, a fruit basket. The dining room has the ambience of sitting in an elegant fine dining restaurant. This is truly a charming place to stay, I felt safe and very comfortable. I am noise sensitive and I did not hear anything from the surrounding neighbors. If I return to Monroe, I would definitely stay here again. It is evident that Kristy puts her heart and soul into this rental. Thank you Kristy for being a great host!
