Garden studio close to Hampton Court

Close to Hampton Court our bright and airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access. Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous kid, but at your own risk. There is a separate shower room. We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. There is plenty of on street parking available

Fifty metres from the river Thames, at the end of my garden a self-contained studio. A separate entrance and its own large deck. A wet room with sky light and a kitchenette with combi microwave oven and fridge. The only thing you will hear are the birds. Two bicycles to borrow, you can cycle along the towpath to Hampton Court Palace the station and Bushy Park. There is paddle boarding/kayaking 5 minutes away and Molesey Boat Club offer rowing courses. Great food delivery options too.
