Vacation rentals with a hot tub in West Los Angeles

the place was perfect for us three adults in town for our daughter's UCLA graduation. Peaceful, but perfectly located for walking down to the Venice Canals/nearby shops and restaurants. very spacious, and we loved the hot-tub! very well equipped with all your cooking needs, although we were so busy, we didnt cook one meal there! And thank you Colin, for being so responsive to every inquiry...whether it be an early check-in, how to operate the air conditioning and other items. would DEFINITELY come back next time in town!

The house is massive and the pictures don't do it justice! The open layout from the entry all the way through the living room, dining room and family room has a great flow. The skylights in the high ceilings provide great natural lighting and such a spacious feel. This house is perfect for a family with kids or several couples. The huge dining table is perfect for group meals and the refrigerator/freezer are extra large. The house is in the perfect neighborhood--close enough to the main streets that you could walk but so quiet. We stayed for a month and we are sensitive to noise and were never once disturbed. From the bbq grill to the hottub, the outdoor space/landscaping is beautiful and very clean. Andy was our primary host and was extremely responsive. He even proactively reached out to us before we checked in to make sure all of our needs were met and even went the extra step to perform a specialized cleaning on the sofas as our kids have allergies/asthma. 5 stars all around!

My friend and I traveled to LA for Father's day - both of our Dads passed away last summer - we wanted to honor them by attending a baseball game. We felt right at home at Davi's house! It had everything we needed and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do & the views! Amazing! We will definitely be back!

Hallgrim was a very gracious host. We were moving from another Airbnb & needed a place to stow our refrigerated food for 3 hours. He easily accommodated that & ultimately said we could just check in early. One caveat - be sure you understand the street parking protocol. It works but it can be tight, especially late at night. We always found a spot but you will need good parallel parking skills. The house is personal & eclectic & you will feel like you are staying at a good friend’s house. This is not the usual “just the basics” corporate Airbnb. It is a home. My daughter & I felt very comfortable staying here & would definitely book it again. The Canyon has a unique history. In addition to looking thru the beautiful coffee table book Hallgrim has left out for his guests to enjoy, you must watch Echo in the Canyon for an extended stroll through the musical history of this unique canyon. You’ll be singing Mamas and Papas songs on your way down to Lilly’s Cafe in no time!

It’s a beautiful house and the pool/spa were excellent! They were quick to heat and our little boy had the best time in the spacious pool. We met the host once and he was very helpful and considerate. He lives in the front of the house but is very respectful. We were visiting family who lived just down the road and this house was perfect

This was by far the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. We stayed here vor 8 nights and it felt like a second home. Very clean, stylishly decorated and the garden is a dream. The pool is much bigger than it looks on the pictures. You could swim in it very well and for an extra charge you could have the pool heated. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean and everything is within walking distance. We will definitely come back the next time we are in LA. Thank you very much!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Close to everything we wanted to do including Universal Studios! There was plenty of room to decompress after a busy day! We would definitely stay here again when in the area:)

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Liza and Pascal are phenomenal hosts! They are hospitable, attentive, and accessible! I appreciated Liza checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable, and her readiness to recommend great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. If I had a question, she answered within minutes. The house is beautiful! It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I could not have asked for a better experience!

My daughter picked out Jean’s lovely home for her Birthday celebration. We’re a pretty mellow family and enjoy a cozy and elegant home to celebrate in with great surroundings. This was just perfect. Loved the home so much. Really great living room to watch movies, nice kitchen, comfy bedrooms and lots of yard space for our dogs. Nice hot tub. Really interesting architecture. Amazing huge windows, high ceilings, and the fireplace was a masterpiece. Beautiful trees and bamboo in the yard. Lots of quiet places to relax and destress. Best dog walking neighborhood. Loved it!

Vanessa helped make our stay absolutely incredible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. She made us feel right at home with all the amenities taken care of, her stay was equipped with absolutely everything you can need for your stay; from cookware to snacks, even sunscreen because we definitely forgot to pack it. Leading up to the stay, Vanessa also kindly provided us lots of recommendations on what to do and what to see during our short stay. The purpose of our trip was for my brother-in-law to propose to his girlfriend and from the beginning to end of this plan, Vanessa and her assistants were there to help facilitate the process making everything truly so easy to coordinate. We’re so thankful for Vanessa and her team’s hospitality and I would strongly recommend Vanessa’s place in Malibu for everyone looking to visit.

Great place. Plenty of room for our family if 8. Loved the little extras ( snacks, laundry detergent, paper towels). Not far from all the tourist attractions. Community was very quiet.

We stayed for 5 nights with a family of 14, including 2 toddlers. This home was perfect for our needs! The house was very clean, the game room was great, and the pool and spa perfect for relaxing and entertaining our kids after long days at Disneyland. A gate around the pool was very important to us, and gave us a peace of mind to stay there with a couple of toddlers who don't know how to swim yet. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed! The only semi- critique I have is that the back door does not lock, but is secured by a wooden stick in the door rail. And like a previous reviewer said, the garage is not securely locked and the door leading into the house from the garage has no lock. We moved a heavy table in front of the door each night for that extra security. We never felt unsafe though, as the neighborhood is quiet. Better secured doors is something I think could improve the home, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had the most stunning views. The host was brilliant—super friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Already thinking about when I can come back!

We had a great stay at Stephen's place. It has a fabulous view, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best part is the pool and hot tub!

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!
