Pet-friendly vacation rentals in West Lake

Very nice accommodation with everything you need. There are some cafes and a gym right across the street. In addition, there are several restaurants (burger, Vietnamese and a Michelin restaurant) right on the street. There is also a vegan restaurant around the corner that can cover the whole day, from breakfast to dinner. The street vendors for juice are also not lacking and are very nice. The landlady was perfect and took care of everything around the clock. She also gave us valuable recommendations and supported us in everything 😊 All in all, I say thank you for the stay and can recommend it to anyone 😊👌

Apartment is exactly as described. Right in old town so walkable to so many things (restaurants, bars, markets, etc). Both beds were comfortable. The area gets busy at night but the apartment is quiet inside (you can hear some noise if you’re in the bathroom but the main room is very quiet). Tea and Ryan sent a list of local recommendations and also offered to help us book tours. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, so we could leave with clean clothing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

Really recommend that accomodation, the house is beautiful and well equipped. The hosts are very helpful, friendly and respond very quickly to the messages. The location is great because you can feel real Vietnamese atmosphere but at the same time it is quite close to the city center

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

5 nights in Hanoi, the accommodation is clean, close to the bus station, the landlord responds immediately to any questions, the bed is comfortable and sleeps well every day, the cutlery provided by the landlord is new and clean, thank you, making the first solo trip to Hanoi completely easy

Located just above the a mall with many restaurants and amenities. One of the more well maintained and clean unit in times city as they did a renovation recently. However, the neighbors are quite active and loud and you can hear them speaking and chatting after 11pm close to midnight even.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

Linh's apartment is very nice and clean, the location is right in the heart of the city so it is very convenient to get to the old town. The special feature here is that Linh is very quick to respond and extremely friendly. Rcm mng should come here when coming to Hanoi!

Recommended if you're planning a group trip in Hanoi. Our group was very satisfied, and the host communicated actively. Her guidance was clear, and her answers were quick. I made good memories at this place. Say hello to the dog next door in the alleyway. ^^

Beautifully decorated and clean unit! We felt very cozy here! The location is also great as almost everything is within walking distance! The host is also very responsive and friendly! We would definitely come again!

Alex’s apartment is amazing. Very comfortable bed, awesome bathroom, and great amenities. The pool and gym are great even for a fee they were worth it. Alex is also an amazing host and answered all of the questions we had. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi.

A very beautiful apartment! We had very good time in Ha Noi and Kien‘s Airbnb met all our expectations. Rooms were clean and very good equipped. Nice wi fi, nice bath, nice 4k TV etc.. Every bedroom has an air conditioning, so it was really nice to stay during may in Ha Noi. The host gave us recommendations for places where to eat, helped us with transportation to airport and gave us possibility to check in earlier - so we are very thankful! We really enjoyed the stay, thank you!

Genuinely my best experience on AirB&B, the saying "you get what you pay for" wasn't made for this booking, as you get plenty more! Host's 5* couldn't ask for better, I booked extremely late and they was more then responsive and helpful to assist (Thanks again) Apartment 5* just wow, the pictures don't do it justice... It's even better! Decor and furniture is top class. The apartment literally has everything you need, even should you want stay in and cook, little items like oil, salt, sugar, spices etc (might sound silly but these items you normally have to buy and barely use so one less expense) View 5* Again just wow! what a view to chill on evening in or have your morning coffee..❤️ Sleep 5* Haha I think it's the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Ok there might be places a "little" cheaper but you will only be shorting yourself, this place and service I received is a bargain for the cost, in my opinion. Thank you both for an amazing stay, easiest review I've written ❤️
