Gabrielle was a wonderful host! She gave great recommendations and was super responsive! It was such a cute little spot to stay in for the night while I traveled through town for a concert. peaceful, private, and the bed was so cozy to sleep in!

Great place to stay! Highly recommend. It has everything I needed + more. There was a few glitch things that happened that Josiah addressed right away making it as smooth as possible. Thank you! Would stay here again.

After a long trip into Des Moines we easily found a parking place, and with the instructions pretty much just walked right into the apartment with no effort at all. The apartment was awesome! Simple retro furnishings combined with the industrial construction gave the place just the right vibe to relax in and just felt, 'right'. Any time I thought I needed something, I opened a cabinet or looked in a closet, and there it was. And the view of downtown... wow. Everything else - parking was easy and felt safe. The apartment was right there after coming in - no long walks. Just a short walk down the hill and across the beautiful bridge to downtown. Lots of night life and great food just a few blocks away, yet distant enough that no noise followed you home. Looking forward to the next time I can take Diego up on his hospitality! Cheers!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was about one mile from Jordan Creek Mall. the apartment was very clean and spacious enough for blow up mattress in the living room. The apartment overlooked the pool on the ground level. There are a lot of restaurants, Top golf, Movie theatre and the mall. We went to Smash Park and played all kinds of games from Pickleball to Baggo/Washers. We would definitely be willing to stay here in the future. Michelle from Ofallon, MO.

The unit was much bigger in person. Great space and location! Beds were comfy and the place was well stocked. We’ll be back!

Ethan’s Airbnb was perfect for our family’s quick stay in Altoona. Much better than the overpriced, single room hotels nearby :)

A nice place that is located close to major shopping and prometric testing center. Fit my needs well, can highly recommend to others.

Had a very nice stay in Des Moines and the Air B&B was nice and clean and the bed was big and comfy. Nice view the City. I like to cook and having just some salt anf pepper and maybe some olive oil on hand could really do wonders for the kitchen situation but they had good pots and utensils etc. One thing that could improved is the coffee maker - the carafe doesn't fit the maker and grounds would go everywhere inside the coffee maker when trying to brew a pot. These are all minor things that would not prevent us from wanting to stay there again. Overall it was a wonderful experience with a great view of the city and it was close and convenient to good restaurants, breweries/bars etc. We even walked to Principal Field and caught an Iowa Cubs game. It was a great time!

Everything was great from check in to check out. Host was very responsive and helpful. The space was great and close enough to the downtown area.

When we checked in we had a quick concern with a slight odor, Dan was quick to respond and fixed it first thing in the morning. He was friendly and easy to work with. The unit itself was great, it was very secure with several areas where a key fob was required to access the floors, it was clean, and an overall great place. Very happy with Dan and the location.

We had a great time in Des Moines! Dans place was exactly as described and even tho we only stayed one night it was great value. It was super close to the venue where our event was and we enjoyed the speakeasy right downstairs in the building. If we are ever back we will stay here for sure. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was handy also. We loved the rooftop deck !!

We stayed here for several weeks for a temporary residence before moving into our new home. The residence had everything we needed, it was great place for our dog, and was near everything. Josiah was proactive with communication and always helpful.

Sheryl was very helpful and always answered messages in a timely matter. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was very easy as well!

great little place for a couple get away... not bad at all... could be better but can't complain for the price near by Downtown and main roads...

I enjoyed my stay. I was there for the Ironman 70.3 and the Ironman Village was right down the street. The communication was clear, proactive, and prompt. The unit is spotless. Everything works as expected. It feels like a corporate owned property. That’s the impression I got from the communication and notice on the fridge. The little touches feel cheap. The bed and pillows are cheap. The kitchen supplies feel like they came from Goodwill - there is a mix-n-match feeling. There is only one small frying pan. None of the lamps have usb outlets. It’s still a 5 ⭐️ place. I’d recommend it. The price is fair.

The place was conveniently located, very good size, and the price seemed reasonable. It did indicate that the evenings were loud with a bar/restaurant across the street, but we knew that going into it. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so very much.

Perfect for a bigger group! Two of the beds are in a living room type area so be sure you’re comfortable sharing bathrooms that are in bedrooms. This was not an issue for us at all though and the bed situation was very convenient. The host was extremely responsive and kind.

Very nice building with secured access. In a bit of a revitalization neighborhood with some mix of updated buildings and businesses. Mild construction sites & sounds.

Place was clean and in the middle of the city center. I was not aware there is no real place in the kitchen to sit and eat.
