Monthly Rentals in West Ashley, Charleston

We stayed for over a month and had a great stay! Julia & Joan are super responsive for any needs & stock the place with all the essentials. Great, very safe neighborhood area and close to downtown! Would stay again, thanks Julia & Joan!

My wife and I were in Charleston for quick getaway, and Emma‘s rental was everything as expected. We really enjoyed our stay. The location more than anything, it’s what sells this rental. It is very close to downtown Charleston and within an easy drive to Folly Beach area. The amenities, are as detailed in her description of her unit. And Emma was very helpful in all of her communications during both check in and during our departure. The unit is on the smaller side, and it’s perfect for 2 to 4 people. The only constructive criticism I could give of Emma‘s home, would be possibly figuring out something with the parking situation as it can be challenging with the local residence parking on the side of the road. Also, without sounding to petty, maybe blinds in the kitchen would be nice as well as maybe adding another loveseat or a recliner for extra seating in the living area. But overall, we had a great stay with Emma as our host, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks

My husband and I loved our time here! AMAZING location, so close to downtown it’s so easy to get in and out of. The only 2 things to note is that the couch does not pull out to a full sized mattress, and could only hold 1 person (a little uncomfortably) and the washer and dryer is not in unit, it is in the complex- not very clean (not Camille’s fault) so we went to the laundry mat which was fine- but worth noting. Would happily stay again.

The property was very cozy and comfortable! You have tons of privacy and a good amount of space to yourself with it being a guesthouse. It was very clean when we arrived, and the owners were extremely helpful whenever we needed it. Thanks!
