The cottage is modernly furnished and is equipped with luxurious box spring beds, rain shower and excellent wifi Nearby, it is beautiful cycling, walking or boating. We have canoes and bicycles available for rent. The cottage is located on a small recreational area with 5 cottages and space for 10 campers.

Welkom in Pakhús 1879, dit historisch pand in het hart van Leeuwarden bevindt zich op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het station & 3 minuten van parkeergarage Hoeksterend (7€ p/d, 24/7 uitrijden). Het bruisende centrum van de Europese Culturele Hoofdstad van 2018 is letterlijk om de hoek. Het appartement van maar liefst 100m2 is voorzien van alle gemakken: keuken, 55 inch TV met comfortabele bank & salon tafel, badkamer met bad & een royale slaapkamer met kingsize bed voor een goede nachtrust.

Our cozy B&B located on the Spanjaardslaan. One of the most beautiful streets of Leeuwarden. In three minutes you walk through the Prinsentuin to the center of the historic city of Leeuwarden. The guest house is located behind the house from 1906 and has a private entrance, a living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The guesthouse is completely self-sufficient. Due to the combination with the cozy living room and kitchen, the guest house is ideal for a family or group of four friends.

You can sleep in style in our charming double bed or in the bunk bed. (Safe for kids) The wood-fired hot tub can be booked for €90,- for a weekend and €120,- for a (mid)week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 children can be added) The sauna is included free of charge. Inside is a nice sitting area, beautiful views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. In front of the cottage is a picnic table and an outdoor heater. And of course the wonderful sauna and hot tub!

Close to the city center of Leeuwarden is Woodpecker, a spacious and bright bungalow of 100 m². You have a private entrance and the Woodpecker has two spacious bedrooms, both with a private shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic comforts. The bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people. Woodpecker Leeuwarden can also be booked through its own site. We're entering the last season to start over somewhere else. The new residents have other plans

Welcome! This brand new, cozy studio is only a 10-minute walk from the station, and 3 minutes from parking garage. Hoeksterend (Max.€7 p/d & leave 24/7). The lively, old town of the European Capital of Culture 2018 is a stone's throw away. The studio is stylishly furnished & fully equipped: full private bathroom including rain shower, 43 inch TV (with chromecast), kitchenette with microwave, fridge & coffee machine, dining table, desk & double bunk bed.

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Sleeping in Klein Epema

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is an equipped kitchen equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combi microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

Especially for guests, there is a garden where you can have a delicious breakfast in the morning. In the garden, there is an old pear tree that provides shade during hot days. The garden is totally private.
