The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. The super bright 1-room apartment is located in Wenningstedt directly on the sea in the apartment building Dünenhof zum Kronprinzen. There you will find everything you need: a large, mostly wind-protected balcony, a sweet kitchen and the most beautiful beach right behind the house. You can't live any closer to the sea! The house is situated in Wenningstedt on the west beach, with the red cliff within easy reach. On the promenade you can enjoy a sundowner, buy a fish roll or walk to Westerland.

The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Moin Moin, We rent this studio in the immediate beach - as well as close to the city.( approx. 22 sqm)in the B.BehrensHaus. How could the day start nicer in summer than with a refreshing dip in the sea ?? From here you can reach the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and shopping facilities in just 2 minutes, as well as the wonderful beach. There is NOT A parking space for your car. VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the ladies' bike, which is inclusive PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN NEEDED COVERS AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.
