Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

Detached guest flat located in a quiet village 7 miles or 11 Km - 20 mins by car - from Cambridge city centre. Best suited for two adults on the comfortable double bed and up to two children on the bunk beds. It has an en-suite shower room as well as a mini fridge. We do not serve breakfast but coffee and tea and a few more essentials such as milk, bread, butter, jams orange juice and cereals are provided on arrival.
