It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

"B zonder B" is located in the center of the fortified town of Tholen. It has its own front door. The owner lives above the apartment. The apartment is divided into a living room (with kitchen and sofa bed) and a bedroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has access to the garden. The garden is shared with the owner. There is parking space at the market and in the Bosstraat. The apartment is available for rent for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of one month.

This apartment features a sleeping loft, accessible via a (fairly steep) staircase, there is also a sofa bed for a possible third person. Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected with the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand 5 (min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not too far away. The city of Rotterdam popular for tourists is only 25 minutes by car.

Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.
