This is a lovely clean dedicated space for Airbnb, a private wing of our home with separate entrance. Basic cooking facilities, microwave, toaster, kettle and portable hotplate, no oven. Stick mixer/blender. Full size fridge. Anything thing else you might need, just text me! Wembley is ideally located 10 min from the city and 10 min from Floreat and City Beach, beachside cafes, pubs restaurants. Public transport is easily accessed. A fabulous gourmet market and wine shop are close by. Welcome:)

We liked this place and it did look just like the photos. We especially liked the good quality sheets and extra baskets of fluffy blankets. The kids loved the big tv. The only things we missed was a dishwasher and a place for us all to eat at once - we ended up with 2 of us at the bar stools and 2 of us on the lounge or standing up but this was shown in the listing.

A refreshing pool is surrounded by greenery and palm trees. A blue shade structure provides relief from the sun, while lounge chairs are positioned near the pool edge. The pool's crystal-clear water is inviting against a sunlit backdrop.

I had a fantastic stay at Ragen Valley in Leederville! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to a 24/7 IGA grocery store and a petrol station, which made things super easy during my trip. Leederville itself is a vibrant area with plenty of amazing food options, from casual cafes to great dining spots. Getting into Perth city was a breeze thanks to the nearby train station, which made exploring the area really convenient. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The host was responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Whether you're in town for a short visit or a longer stay, this place is a perfect base. If I ever return to Perth, I will definitely choose this Airbnb again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, location, and convenience all in one!

Great unit in fantastic location ... we stayed for 24 nights and really enjoyed our time there. Underground parking was great ... good stores and restaurants were plentiful within walking distance. The train station is right there for super convenient transportation. Great WiFi and big screen TV was much appreciated.
