You are 25 minutes from the nearest bigger town so you will want to plan your meals ahead and don't forget the charcoal. We also provide an Ironing board & Iron & Hair Dryer.

Our home is 3 blocks from the largest town square in the U.S. It is also a short bike ride from the Lehigh Portland Trails and the Prairie Spirit Trail State Park. Only one mile south from historic Yates Center Square, within 30 minutes of three state parks and two city lakes. This house is perfect for being close to town but experiencing the country life. The house is located down a dead-end. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.

Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.
