The Annex is totally self contained and close to the beach Welcombe Mouth, in a very quiet and beautiful part of the world just on the border between North Devon and Cornwall. At our doorstep you will find the South West Coastal path leading you along stunning coastal views & ancient landmarks, as well as picturesque valleys, hills and woods away from the sea to enjoy hikes & cycle rides. The beautiful beaches of Sandymouth, Bude and Widemouth Bay are close attracting surfers all year around.

Pheasant’s Rest, cosy hideaway, dog friendly

Our caravan, disguised as a cosy cabin, nestles to the side of our garden and has been totally restyled. Self check-in and a private entrance makes it easy to social distance, with footpaths and woodland all around there is an abundance of open space. In addition to following the enhance cleaning and sanitisation protocol, we are also keeping a 1 day window before and after each booking. Secluded, dog friendly and situated in walking distance of Bucks Mills beach and the South West Coast Path.

This quaint detached barn is full of character and peace (no WIFI). There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The cosy sitting area opens out onto an attractive patio and grassy area. Sorry no pets
