Our stay at the cabin was one of the most private and peaceful locations! We loved the large patio surrounded by trees! We needed help with the pit, and Rachel responded quickly and sent someone over. If you want a secluded cabin, this is the one, we loved it!

The house was spotless when we showed up and had everything we needed while we were there to feel comfortable. The location was easy to find and the home was very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful woods, making it feel private and relaxing. It was a perfect stay!

Stacy & Nick’s Casa Amor was the perfect weekend getaway hubby & I were looking for! Clean, gorgeous, and the ambiance - *clutching my pearls*! Home was sparkling clean, comfortable bed, and perfectly tranquil! Loved stepping into the home and all the (battery powered) candles were on, along with soft jazz playing. Stacy & Nick were super quick to respond to any questions I had - and patiently clarified some details I missed in the welcome email/house rules! Loved their home and we will definitely be back!!

Beautiful cabin! Friendly & responsive host. Lots of fun games(air hockey, ping pong, & old school arcade games). Nice outdoor patio with hot tub. Location was within 10-15 minutes of all activities (drive through safari, hiking, boating, kayaking, & horseback riding) & restaurants that we went to during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay!

I am a teacher and was looking for something comfortable, relaxing, outdoorsy, and cute! This was perfect for my husband and I. We would hike and kayak during the day and relax in this beautiful cabin at night with my wine by the fire pit, back porch or hot tub. It was perfect. All the extra things for us like the smores, salt bath, or coffee bar was what we needed. Thank you guys! ❤️

The stay was awesome, Tony’s instructions and communication was spot on. The only negatives about the stay were completely out of the hosts control. The first being the road to get to the cabin, Fishhook road. We had to approach from the south as the approach from the north was too steep of a hill for our small vehicle to traverse. The second negative being the proximity of the cabin next door. The neighbors were particularly loud and unruly but it was raining so we stayed indoors anyway. Overall the stay was magnificent and we had a lot of fun! The cabin was immaculately taken care of and given the chance would book again!

Absolutely plan on staying in the exact cabin again. Mason is a fabulous host! We had a slight mishap due to a simple communication error with the cleaning crew, but Mason was instantly on top of rectifying the situation. The cabin sits back in the woods and was very peaceful, so peaceful in fact we had deer come up through the yard. Love how the hot tub has its own little side porch with sitting for those that don't want to get in. All in all a great experience and place to stay. Like I said before already trying to plan my next stay here. ❤️❤️

Me and my wife stayed here for our wedding anniversary. When we arrived and entered into the cabin it was very clean and cozy. The host left a binder full of information in regards to things to do, places to eat etc. The few times I needed to ask questions they were quick to respond with efficient responses. Overall we would stay here again and would recommend friends or family coming to visit here as well.

Excellent semi-secluded cabin! Spent my wife and I's anniversary week trip here and it did not disappoint! Everything looked better than the pictures too! Very peaceful and nice place to stay!

we were looking for a quiet cabin in the woods and that's exactly what we got. when our granddaughter walked in, she said "Its perfect". that's all we had to hear. if I had to give any constructive criticism, it would be that its not made for people with disabilities. we didn't seek that out so by no means is it a complaint. my husband had back surgery and we didn't think to. so if you have mobility issues, just something to consider. everything was exactly as advertised and we were very happy there. no complaints!

Jenette, from the very first day, was friendly and greeted us warmly when we arrived. This Airbnb had an ideal amount of blankets and pillows, as well as a wide variety of body washes and shampoos, including plenty of towels. The host had left detailed notes in front of the TV, providing clear instructions and even a reminder to leave the light on if we were returning after dark. The surroundings were beautiful in the back, offering wonderful views of nature. It felt like staying at a caring grandmother’s house for the weekend, where everything we needed was provided. I instantly felt at home here.

It’s a wonderful place to stay, peaceful and quiet.

This was the perfect little get away! They had everything you needed, plus more. It was just the right fit for our family with my 6 year old having autism. Very open concept and we loved how the master bedroom door went right out to the hot tub. Will definitely be staying here again!

Pros: The cabin was lovely and very comfortable! Host was easy to talk to and quick to respond. Wifi was fast and plenty of TVs to Watch from. The blankets and bed were so soft! Plenty of extra towels as well. Con: the cleaning before we arrived could have been a bit more attentive to crumbs on carpet and grease stains on the bar stools, but overall not too bad! Melissa made sure she was going to give them a heads up! Also it may just be because of the season but make sure to keep doors closed due to flies! Overall we loved our stay.

We had a fantastic time in the cabin. It rained the whole time, and honestly we didn’t care! My wife and I sat in the hot tub and underneath the porch and just loved the atmosphere. We were sent a charcuterie board for our anniversary. The house was SPOTLESS. The creek was flowing and so peaceful. We were so sad to leave. Jennifer was readily available to suggest restaurants and things to do. We have no complaints!

For a getaway trip my girlfriend and I were looking for a one of a kind vacation,and the Phoenix Rising absolutely delivered! The 360 view from each part of the house was breathtaking. Being able yo hear the beautiful sounds of nature while watching the sunrise and sunset over the beautiful mountains and water was truly a once in a lifetime experience we will never forget. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We will absolutely be back again 10/10 recommend.

The cabin is awesome! Perfect for a stay while riding the Trails. Private as well! Most camps in the area have cabins on top of each other. Don and Candy were great hosts and we will be happy to stay again!! The hottub and outside lighting provides a nice vibe if youre trying to relax at night. 6 of 5 ⭐️!!

5 stars all around! This place was beautiful. My boyfriend and I spent the weekend for his birthday and it was the perfect get away ! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Lee was a great host and we plan to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay overall and especially enjoyed the time spent on the back deck, overlooking the creek, etc. It was a great reprieve.

My family of 4 (wife, 5 and 7 year old girls, and myself) stayed for 3 nights this Mother's Day weekend. From the beginning, communication from Melonie optimally prepared us for our experience. We arrived after dark the first night, but the property was well labeled and well lit so getting in was simple. The pictures don't do justice on how beautiful the property is. Everything was very clean and organized so we immediately felt at home. The beds were all comfortable and the linens were very fresh. The overall decor matched the location so well. There was a lot of attention to detail when decorating this property. We used the hot tub, which is wood fired and takes a few hours to fill and then heat. It was definitely worth the wait. We spent most of our time away from the property so we didn't use the property amenities to the fullest. It's a great location and perfect for families of all types.

We had an amazing stay—honestly, it was about as perfect as it gets. The coffee bar was a standout feature—fully stocked and easy to access. Such a thoughtful touch, and we really appreciated it. Wi-Fi was solid the entire time, which was great for both relaxing and staying connected. The location strikes a nice balance—close enough to town, the lake, and nearby state parks, but still peaceful and private. Communication was smooth and clear, and James was super friendly and helpful throughout. The home itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and packed with amenities. You can tell a lot of care went into setting it up. We’d absolutely stay here again—such a great experience all around.

Great spot super close to Choctaw Landing! Very clean. Perfect for a couple hosting friends during the day/evening. Master suite is perfect and upstairs with pool table goes great with hosting others for the evening.
