Monthly Rentals in Water Island

This was my second time at Avery’s studio. Avery’s place has always been top notch in cleanliness. It’s a very nice studio with wood vaulted ceilings and nicely decorated. There is a small store half a block away where one can buy water and other supplies. There is also a great bistro half a block away and the times I’ve been there the food has been very good. From Avery’s studio you can walk to downtown where there are restaurants and taxi services that can take you to the beaches. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to return. We had such a lovely stay at Sea View. Michael the host was great, super responsive and very proactive with any requests that we had. Additionally the apt is actually even nicer than it looks in the photos. Very spacious. very clean with a lovely view. we would absolutely recommend choosing Sea View for your stay and we would stay there again if we return to St Thomas.

From start to finish, April made our stay one of our most memorable vacations. Having visited the island multiple times, we knew exactly what we wanted—and this property checked all the boxes. Anything we needed or requested was promptly addressed by either April or her property managers. This property is truly one of a kind, offering both stunning sunrise and sunset views. The ocean breeze is strong but refreshing, keeping you cool throughout the day. We also opted to have April provision our groceries, and she went above and beyond—everything was neatly put away upon our arrival. Water Island has always held a special place in our family’s heart, and staying here made it even more unforgettable. We can’t recommend it enough!

We are not much for doing reviews but this is deserving. Ray and Cheri are wonderful people. (and quite famous around the island!) The property is cozy with a fantastic view of the sunsets every night. Cruise ships coming and going, star gazing and even some really cool lightening shows! We rented a golf cart and I recommend doing so. Truthfully we only toured the island twice but became regulars at Dinghy's bar at Honeymoon Beach. It is always entertaining. We snorkelled EVERY day with at least a dozen turtles. Dinghy's has fantastic food...Poke Bowl is the bomb! Mar Brisa is rustic but very comfortable, the home was built with love by the owners and you can just feel the good vibes! We were greeted by Cheri's beautiful turtles, we bought some art from them...we highly recommend!
