Enjoy our Water Hill neighborhood home! 1 mile to downtown-hiking trails-Huron River, 1.7 miles to UM Diag, 2 miles to the Big House! Spacious and light-filled living room and kitchen, three bedrooms (queen beds), as well as two full baths + one half bath. Very quiet neighborhood. Room darkening blinds/drapes in all bedrooms.
