Great place and well stocked. Being able to do laundry was a plus. Looks exactly like the photos and is a cozy studio with lots of natural light. Had to reach out to Martha for check in instructions on the day-of but she responded promptly and with clear, easy to follow instructions.

We enjoyed our stay at Bri's place. It was quiet and an easy drive to events on campus. Bri was responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions.

Elizabeth's place very nice, cute, clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. Peaceful haven for sure! Neighborhood was nice and walkable. Nice park not far from the house in the forest nice trails. Close to restaurants and UM. I had a nice time and Elizabeth is great person I enjoyed our conversation. She is very active in her community.

Caitie's place was better than advertised !! Great view of the downtown, super clean, spacious. In short, a perfect getaway. I'm looking forward to staying again. She responded within minutes to all or our messages. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

We had a lovely stay at Glory’s AirBnb. The apartment was the perfect size us! We had everything we needed, and it was just so sweet! Thank you for a great visit.

good place to stay

This was one of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in. We chose the place based on proximity to my friend’s house and the value it presented. It far exceeded our expectations. The pictures really don’t do it justice!! The beds are very comfortable and it offers two private bedroom spaces plus a Murphy bed in the communal space. The bathroom is like a spa. The hosts had thoughtfully placed coffee, tea and snacks out. The hosts were so kind and helpful in making sure we were the right temperature and that we had found the bed linens for the Murphy bed. Best of all, the showed my two young girls how to climb on the rock walls. All around a fantastic stay. My friend also mentioned you can take a bus at the end of the block all the way downtown or pay $10 for a Lyft and be downtown in 8 minutes😕! The area is quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Apt was brand new inside with a beautiful kitchen. Easy access with parking spot and short distance to many Ann Arbor spots. Marius was easily accessible if needed. I would definitely rent here again!

Staying with Net and Sara was an absolute pleasure! Ypsi Escape #2 was well furnished, easy to find, comfortable, and very homey! The kitchen was well stocked to make meals, the bedrooms were cozy, and the bathroom was clean, and well organized. Net and Sara were very friendly and responsive, and I would definitely recommend their place, and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Great location to both Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor destinations!

Griffin's family welcomed me over the holidays with a beautiful handdrawn greeting card with a dog of course on the cover because Griffin's place allows dogs and I had one. Along with the card were some scrumptious chocolate truffles so they must have known about my sweet tooth. This is a spacious studio with plenty of nice furnishings. There is a backyard with a short trail to walk your pet. The instructions were easy to follow, a nice welcome for this weary traveler. Great location near Toyota's R&D facility, the highways, and a short drive from Ann Arbor.

Had a nice stay! The location is great, right in the middle of everything, and lots to do around. The apartment was spacious, clean, with a lot of natural light and well equipped. Please note there are a lot of businesses around and noise early in the morning as trucks load and unload in the alley behind it. Also, the bed was too soft for my taste, so not the most comfortable. But I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect for what I needed while staying to attend a conference. The suite was clean, quiet and private. There were a couple issues, but Drew was quick to resolve them. I would stay here again!

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The sheets and the bed were heavenly! The basement apartment was just beautiful they do an amazing job keeping the space clean. Property is immaculate!

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

This was a great Airbnb for University of Michigan graduation weekend. I loved hearing the frogs outside when I would get back from Ann Arbor at night. It was very relaxing. Only a 30 minute drive to campus on heavy traffic times.

Had a wonderful stay at Deborah’s. Quiet, peaceful, serene, lots of wildlife! Accommodations were very clean, comfortable, you had everything you need. Deborah was a wonderful hostess, we would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

The location was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. The outdoor kitchen was a great perk! And my little boys said petting the pups was the highlight of our trip! 😂

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.
