We are located 1/4 mile from UM Hospital complex. 1 mile from downtown and main University of Michigan campus.. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), & bigger groups. 65" HD (smart) Samsung TV & Xfinity high speed Wifi. Mitsubishi Mini-Split heater/AC units, upstairs & down. We have added a laundry center to our bathroom: LG washer & sanitizing dryer (See added picture) (See more info below)

Old West Side, the most charming neighborhood in Ann Arbor. 1rst floor house with new appliances, wood floors, Wifi, dishwasher, filtered water, nice coffee machine, dressers and closets are available. There is an additional air mattress. There is also private laundry in basement.. This is my prime residence so my things are obviously in the space, food in the fridge, nicer than a typical airbnb. I do not allow dogs.
