Excellent location, step to Main Street, easy walk up stairs (if you’re in decent shape) to get to run down to Town Lift, literally next to house. Plenty of beds. Third floor with king and twin bed does not have a door, so anticipate some noise if going to bed before others. Parking for a car in garage if desired. Overall, great stay.

Location is a short walk to the Payday lift and PC base, which was great because we came to ski. Everything in the condo was clean, well-maintained, and as pictured. Mel was super responsive and I would happily stay here again.

The place is as described. It’s clean, comfortable, quiet and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - 5 minutes downhill walk to the base of the mountain and ski in at the end of the day (the ski-in path is slightly tricky but fine). The hot it was great. Dave was very helpful and easy to deal with. Only downside was possibly that the second room was a bit tight for 3 adults (but it worked fine) but would be fine for kids.

Darling little cottage in the heart of Sundance resort, super friendly and responsive hosts. Guests should be aware there is a unit attached to this one, so sometimes you do hear the next door neighbors, and not being a Sundance property means some Sundance amenities (like room service or the new sauna/pools) aren’t extended to River Song. But we had a wonderful time; it is extremely well-located and just what we were seeking for this trip. My husband loved the hot tub on the porch. Cottage was so comfortable, cozy and clean, would stay again.

Cristina was an outstanding host. She helped us with lots of travel tips and great advice on the local area before we arrived and remained in contact after we started our trip. Everything was perfect! Cristina was very helpful when we needed flexibility. The location is perfect for skiing, free bus just steps away from the condo. Also, the recreation center is super close and has tons of activities for active fitness-focused families. Thank you Cristina!!

Patsy and Loretta are amazing hosts, friendly, responsive and their place is fantastic. We were travelling with our toddler, simply loved the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Katy’s condo. It was perfect for our family, with a loft for extra space. We skied in and out all week, with easy access to Silver Lake Lodge. We also enjoyed the short drive to downtown Park City. The kitchen was well stocked, including snacks for the slopes. Katy was incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond when we left an item behind!

Scott was an amazing host and very responsive. He was flexible for both check in and check out which was much appreciated since we were flying in from far away. The place was amazing! All the bedrooms were cozy and the sauna was an added bonus. This location is a few minutes from the park and ride stop to Park City and only 10min car ride from Park City itself. Overall, the place can’t be beat for that price. I would highly recommend and would consider staying here again if I come to visit Park City again

There were only two of us, so the house was a bit of overkill. But whether it's just you and a companion or a larger family, there is plenty of space. The house is new and neat -- well kept. You will be close to Park City and an easy drive or Uber to festival events. The price was right. The accommodations are great, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay here at this home. The house was very clean and had any amenity that we could possibly need to be comfortable. We came in the winter and enjoyed lots of snow. The kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Appreciated all the shades on all the windows. Loved the jacuzzi and I appreciate the way the lid opens (hydraulic stand) provides for privacy since there are neighbors nearby and very easy to use. The only thing I would say for improvement is just the decor and vibes of the styling. It’s a little sparse or “cold” feeling, but that’s just a personal preference. Also, there were some board games and puzzles to enjoy which was nice.

Outstanding rental in fantastic location. Easily accessible, yet high on a mountain with spectacular views. The home is impeccable, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. Felt like being in a brand new home. All of the accoutrements were provided and we were treated to some of the most amazing homemade baked goods we’ve ever had. The finishes are beautiful and we were sad to leave this beautiful home. We will absolutely return when we are in Kamas or heading to Jordanelle Reservoir (which was only ten minutes away). The Dahls are outstanding hosts and we were thrilled to rent their home.

Absolutely loved this place — didn’t want to leave! And I’m very particular. The property is beautiful, super comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views. It was also very well equipped with all the amenities you could want. We were genuinely sad to go and would 100% return if we’re ever back in Utah. Grant was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the stay even better. Thank you so much - if you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate, you won't regret it.

This home is lovely and the location is great. Wonderful views from the main floor of the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley East. Kara was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and accommodating of our requests.

Amazing place to stay!!! It was so close ro everything. After a long day skiing it was the perfect place to enjoy some R&R. It was clean, cozy, and SO nice with every amenity you can think of. The private hot tub was wonderful under the stars while it was snowing. It was also great that it had an elevator and carts to carry our heavy luggage. Kara was so great and responsive. We cannot wait to come back in a few months for all of the summer fun and activities Park City has to offer. Highly recommend!

Extremely well-appointed - there were amenities beyond what we could have imagined. We cooked most of our meals and the place had everything you needed, including all the necessary gadgets for coffee lovers too. Location was great and convenient, walkable and close to bus stop to get to the mountain. We both also worked from the unit and it was thoughtfully set up with a desk. Very clean and spacious. Stuart was a great host and super responsive. Highly recommend this place.

G and R’s place was the perfect spot for us with 2 kiddos. It’s big and well laid out. We were able to make dinners in the well appointed kitchen - loved it and would def be back!

We had a wonderful ski vacation. House was very clean and well stocked! Loved the massage chair after a long day of skiing. Also, the free commuter lot just up the street from the house was perfect for taking the free shuttle to the mountain. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for a great family vacation!

Loved staying at Allison’s property!! We were in town for a wedding and it was close to Main Street, the venues, airport etc! She was so responsive with any questions we had and it was exactly what was advertised online! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any family in town! It was perfect for our family (4 adults) and 2 kids and could easily fit more people as it’s a large house! Thank you again Allison!!

This stay exceeded all of my expectations from check in to check out. First, the house is immaculate and 100% furnished. I found everything that I was looking for in the kitchen. Silverware and plates/bowls were spotless. Full spice rack. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Second, Erick and his team were friendly, helpful, and responsive. We had a question/issue with the hot tub and Erick arranged for someone to take a look at it that same afternoon. Third, the location can't be beat for access to Deer Valley East and the Jordanelle Gondola. Less than a 5 minute drive from door to parking spot. There's not much else in the area right now, not until DV East gets fully built up. I would give seven out of five stars if I could!

This condo in between Heber City and Park City / Deer Valley was a delight and will only get better in the future. The place is very new, nicely decorated and extremely clean. During our visit, we went skiing at Deer Valley, souvenir shopping in Park City, touring the Olympic ski jump site, dogsledding at Bear Ridge Adventures, horse drawn sleigh riding at Broken Arrow, and tubing at Woodward Park. We cooked breakfast at the condo every day and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. This place will be even better once the beautiful neighborhood is fully completed with views of the backside of Deer Valley peaks and the Jordanelle reservoir. As an added plus, Deer Valley has a lift (Jordanelle Gondola) only 5-10 minutes from the condo, as compared to a 30-40 minute drive to the main lifts of Deer Valley during rush hour. There was ongoing construction of an apartment complex that looks about halfway completed directly across from the condo.
