Vacation rentals with a patio in Wasatch County

We had a very amazing stay. The Airbnb was very clean and even more spacious than expected. The place was very comfortable and extremely close to downtown and all the fun. The hot tub was a great addition. Overall one of the best stays I’ve had so far!

Far exceeded expectations. It’s absolutely perfect in every way. We’d definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing! It fit our family of 6 perfectly! Lori was responsive and accommodating. The view from the patio was so beautiful…especially when the snow was coming down. Kids would play outside in the snowy hill for hours. She had extra touches such as sleds for the kids. The location is a little outside of Park city but only about 15minutes. For our family that’s what we wanted. Felt comfortable and homey. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The laundry room was a life saver for us…especially coming in from the snow. Would totally stay here again.

Amazing stay and property. Perfect for 2 Families of 4. Hard to tell in the listing but the layout is PERFECT for 2 families with 2 “Masters / Adult” rooms adjacent to a “kids” bunk room, each on slightly different levels providing just the right amount of privacy / separation for 2 families. The huge Bean Bag in the living room was a hit with our kids and they are now asking for one at home :) The property is JUST as pictured and even EASIER / BETTER location to the PC mountain base as well as Silver Star than we thought when we booked. Amy was amazing at both proactive and reactive communication and the published Guest Book / Directory was amazingly helpful in both planning pre trip and awesome resource used during our stay. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed, we cooked breakfast and dinner most night and had all we needed. Only thing we could think of to improve the place would be a grill and hot tub but that would just be icing on the cake!!

Great place to stay in Park City if you’re wanting to be out of the hustle and bustle but still close to everything. Great hosts easy to communicate with and cosy clean apartment with nice amenities. Cleaning fee was a little steep but otherwise good value.

Dyane’s place was so perfect for my stay. The location was perfect between Heber city and park city. Dyane was super responsive and kind, I definitely want to book again for future stays!

This place is so cozy! Clean and comfortable. And the surrounding area is so gorgeous. The perfect place for a relaxing retreat with a group up to 5 and close to ski opportunities. One note is I’d suggest having a car because Ubers can get expensive (but it’s possible! I did it!)

What a great deal! Basement apartment. Totally private. Totally clean. LOTS to do! Pool table, spa, darts, games! My kids loved the tv in every sleeping room.

We stayed here for my mom’s 80th birthday party because it was close to the venue and my mom loves Victorian houses! This house was perfect! It was so cute and so clean and my mom loved it!

Beautiful scenery. Great group stay, but could also have couple privacy. Clean. Has everything we needed.

Sherrie’s place was perfect to host a chill bachelorette party! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was well stocked with kitchen items, extra towels, blankets, and pillows. Relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to end our weekend!

If I had a 10 star this welcoming place would deserve it! Spotless, Mountain View amazing. Kitchen had so much space to hang with family. Stocked with what you’d need to make great dinners. It’s so nice here. Treats when you arrive. Nice people to work with. Very accommodating. We loved it. Thank you

Our family loved staying at JaCies home.. We had plenty of space for everyone.. And bonus bringing our fur babies.. Beds were comfortable.. Kitchen was spacious.. It was very nice being at the end of the street.. Plenty of places to park for our adult kids.. There was something for everyone to do.. Basketball, hot tub, theatre room and an underground trampoline.. 10/10 recommend staying here..

Deepa's place was absolutely beautiful and a great place to stay. Deepa was very responsive to a few questions I had. The instructions to access the condo were clear and easy to follow. We were pleased to find that it looked just like the listing and the cleaning job was superb. Having a pack and play and high chair on site was very helpful. We appreciated the kid-friendly serve warehouse as well. It was also nice to have a garage to park in to keep the car out of the snow. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lien's place was beautifully decorated, although the views are what really shined! It's an easy trip down the hill to Park City. We were there in the summer and there were plenty of activities to do -- biking (the city offers e-bikes which are easy to rent at numerous locations around Park City), hiking, eating, window shopping, etc.

This place was spotless and looked so much like my own home. Simply adored this home.

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

Our stay was wonderful! The space was exactly as described, very clean and an easy walk to Main Street where we spent our evenings. We were walking distance to the Town Lift and didn’t need a car to get around. The hosts were great and allowed us to check in early. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Park City!

Nice, cozy room with a kitchen. Weather was nice and we were able to walk around. Also only a ten minute drive to the activities we had planned! My husband and I had an excellent stay. The only complaint we had was parking seemed expensive and we didn’t originally factor that into the cost of staying there.

I had a great stay! Super clean and updated. Great location to the bus in Prospector Square. Communication was excellent from the host.

Great place, spacious, modern and spotless clean. Very convenient for skiing at Deer Valley, through the Jordanelle gondola. Only downside is the lack of food options in the immediate surroundings.

Really enjoyed the condo! Quiet-never heard any neighbors. We liked the location— being in between Kimball Junction and PC Main Street. Scott was very kind and communicative!

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.
