Monthly Rentals in Warwick

Joan’s loft was very clean and comfortable and exactly as described! Check-in and checkout was as easy as can be, bed was great, and it was overall a very peaceful stay. Was also in a great location, easily walkable to some lovely cafes and restaurants in town. If we come back to Warwick, would happily stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at the property for our anniversary and brought our dog along too. The weather was great most of the weekend which allowed us to enjoy some time on the back deck overlooking the lake. The apartment was the perfect size for us and thankfully our dog got the hang of the tight spiral staircase fairly quickly. We were able to take the kayaks out for a bit as well which was nice but with the amount of boats on the lake (it seemed like a very active weekend), the water was pretty choppy so life vests are definitely recommended (some are provided). There were a few people that came through the back yard to get to their boat at the docks and they were in and out very quickly and sometimes we only noticed them because the side exterior light would go off and on. Definitely recommend the A/C and noise machine for the upper bedroom as there was a decent amount of road noise. The hosts were VERY easy to reach and so accommodating and open to feedback.

The property with its flowing creek is absolutely beautiful and the suite is perfect. It was clean and secluded with an amazing view from your private deck. It was obvious the hosts put a lot of effort and attention to detail to make sure you have everything you need. The place was amazing and the hosts are just the kindest people. 10/10 highly recommend!
