I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 months. The apartment is beautiful, large, and modern. The apartment is much larger than I expected and had every amenity one could think of. The location is perfect! It is in a great area and a few 100 meters from the centre and restaurants. The hosting was friendly and welcoming, with all our needs attended too. i can highly recommend it!

We had great days in Lemmer. The apartment is clean and tidy and located right in the center! We will be happy to come back.

What a great place, to stay at. I would recommend it to anybody visiting the area. Also the home is very pleasant to stay, very clean, lovely views from th living room, over the pond and the fields. Very quiet location for sleeping. The breakfast is very complete with fresly baked breads and croissants. And Cathie was so kind to let us pet her horses and goats. Dear Hosts, We were warmly welcomed. Everything was sufficiently explained/ shown to us and the herb garden at the house was also at our disposal. We were also immediately helped with the bike search, Auke took care of everything and took us to the bike rental by car. The homemade apple juice (very tasty) and the fresh eggs were a lovely gesture. We felt very comfortable with the two of them!

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

Beautiful modern home decorated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. We loved it all around, everything was very well maintained and clean. Sem was accessible at all times and helped us. Thank you for the wonderful time.

What a wonderful stay! For the second time we have enjoyed this beautiful and cozy cottage. Everything you need is present – from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds on which you sleep wonderfully. The cottage is neatly clean and really radiates warmth and coziness. Located in a charming and cozy street, it immediately feels like coming home. The host is friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Absolutely recommended – we would love to come back!

One tanning house, small and cozy, with a large garden where you can choose sun or shade. Very quiet location, close to bicycle and hiking junctions. De Weerribben Nature Park is just a stone's throw away. Swimming pool Tolhekken is also recommended.

Great apartment, very nicely decorated. It was not one of the usual very clean anonymous vacation rentals, but simply a home.

We had a wonderful week. The house has all the comforts, including a very nice kitchen. Also nice was the sun in the front garden, where we could have breakfast quietly. The location is nice and quiet, so we were able to sleep really well. In the area we enjoyed the nature, the tranquility and the friendly people. The reception was warm and personal, even our dog Bettie received a warm welcome. All in all recommended, we will definitely come back. Finally, I would like to mention Dokkum, a very nice town with special shops and good restaurants. Thank you Coen and Anne (and Marianne) for this beautiful, wonderful week. Typical Dutch cottage – charming, cozy and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable. The only small point: we would have found a microwave practical sometimes. The location is ideal as a starting point for bike tours in all directions. Highly recommend for those seeking tranquility and nature!

We spend a wonderful weekend there with friends. The location is lovely and quiet, but close to lots of activities in the area. Perfect place to stay, we'll definitely come here again.

The house is simply great and quiet with its location directly on the canal! You can watch ships all day or get active yourself. We had our bikes with us and took beautiful trips right on the canal. A kayak ride, which is available there, in the direction of Wanswerd is also highly recommended. The house is very clean and well maintained. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Clear recommendation!

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼

We had a lovely stay. The place was private and had everything well-deserved rest for a few days. Bed was comfy and view was beautiful. The waterfront seating was our favorite. The surroundings are great too! We cycled over 80 kilometers. We definitely recommend this place 👍
