Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

This apartment 3 is modern, functional and yet comfortably furnished and equipped. It is conveniently located to the A20 motorway as well as to the city center of Rostock, the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde and the university campus. A Lidl supermarket and tram stops as well as a gas station are very close. Guests also benefit from the immediate location on the edge of the recreational area "Barnstorfer Wald", in which also the very well-known and worth seeing "Rostocker ZOO"

Villa Ostseenordstern is located in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, in a quiet yet central location. It was fully renovated in 2019/2020. Stylishly furnished apartments or studios for 2 to 4 people await you. The bright approx. 31 m² studio is located on the upper ground floor and has a spacious living & sleeping area with fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom with spacious shower and a conservatory for cozy evenings.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Hello, you love guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.
