Vacation rentals with a patio in Warehouse District, New Orleans

Logement agréable plus grand que ce qu'il n'y paraît sur les photo. Tout le nécessaire fourni est au delà de ce à quoi on peut s'attendre. Nicole nous a donné plein de bons conseils et a été très prévenante et flexible. Tout peut quasiment se faire à pieds sinon il y a un arrêt de bus à 100m. Nous recommandons Nicole et son beau logement !

Tremé Balcony Nest was quiet, clean, beautifully appointed and a delightful space. It looked out from the private balcony onto the lush, curated gardens which felt like an oasis in the city. Nice linens, well appointed kitchen (though no microwave) and tasteful art and decor throughout. Love the Tremé neighborhood and the location provided easy walkable access to the French Quarter Festival. A most restful and enjoyable place to spend a NOLA vacation.

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

Lovely 2 Bedroom Airbnb. Comfy beds, great kitchen, quiet and well situated. Walked to multiple restaurants, the River; easy access to French quarter. Loved our stay in the Bywater.

I had a great time staying at this cute little place on Algiers Point. It’s located a quick walk to the Ferry and the neighborhood is colorful and welcoming. Perfect place to lay your head when you want to go to New Orleans without staying directly in the city.

This charming apartment was just right for our needs. The location is great with restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment was clean and felt welcoming. The host was extremely responsive to any questions. We visit New Orleans regularly and we will be checking for vacancies here for our next stay. Loved this Airbnb!

Really loved this space. It was in a perfect location- very peaceful and quiet street. Near some really great restaurants. The bnb itself was perfect and had everything we needed, plus complimentary snacks. Felt lucky to stay in there!!

Loved this place. Great location outside of the French Quarter while being a quick Uber ride or bus ride there. The neighborhood has several places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even a short walk to hear live music. The place was just as described and shown online. Modern and cozy. Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back.

This is an understated gem! I absolutely loved it here. It's comfortable, quiet and immaculate. Curtis is a very accommodating and pleasant host. I highly recommend it.

Cate’s house is an amazing space! I spent 2 nights there on a mother-daughter trip with my mom, aunt, and cousin. It’s perfectly located in historic Treme, close to an MTA stop and only a 20-25 minute walk to the French quarter. The home is super cozy, and Cate has it thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We loved grabbing a coffee at Old Road Coffee just across the street before catching the bus to go explore NOMA and New Orleans City Park. We’d all been to New Orleans many times before, but agreed that this was our best experience yet. Definitely recommend staying at Cate’s place when you visit NOLA!

Great location, other than the street being so small, but that's not anyone but the cities fault! The host was friendly and very attentive while also allowing my guest and me to feel like we actually had privacy. Would definitely recommend this space as a great place to call home while exploring not only Bourbon Street but even the local Bywater district. 10-minute drive to the French Quarter and a 5-minute walk from the local bar scene and food Bywater has to offer. This space was not but 5 minutes away from one of the top barbecue spots in all of Louisiana, so a hidden gem doesn't even do justice.

Host was very responsive with questions. Location was just where I wanted to be and there was a private driveway! Will def rent again!

Was very clean, great plumbing, festive, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we were glad to have chosen this place to stay.

I was blown away by the house we stayed in. First of all, it was immaculate and extremely spacious. Way more space than we anticipated. Everything was laid out perfectly. The house smelled very fresh and clean. There literally were no spots or wrinkles anywhere. Lisa has this place laid out like it's a model home display, LITERALLY. I am thankful we found this place. She has it set up nicely and cozy, and you feel at home. All of the amenities that we needed were there. This place is WORTH it. I will be staying here again when we return to see our friends in New Orleans. It was so close to the French Quarter, too!! No more than 11 minutes and about 15 minutes from the Airport! Couldn't have chosen a better location! My family was overjoyed when we stepped into the house. Everything was so self-explanatory in her note, too. We didn't have to look for the wi-fi password; it was posted on the chalkboard! Lisa could write a book on hosting!! PERFECT PLACE, THANK U!

Staying at Nick's place for our 1st Annual Girls Trip was perfect! The home fit 12 comfortably, with bathrooms in every room except the 2-bed/1-bath unit, which had access to the extra bathroom in the main space. The A/C worked well, beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were beautiful. Bedroom #6 had low water pressure, and #5 had a minor plumbing issue, but Nick responded quickly. Parking was great—3 guests parked safely for free. There were multiple access codes (entry, units, elevator); one universal code would’ve been easier. Walls are thin, so bring earplugs—Nick provides some. Rain limited rooftop use, but we enjoyed the patio. Lighting is dim at night and, like many areas in New Orleans, roaches are common outside—none were inside though. The area felt safe and was walkable. Overall, a great stay and we’d return!

Adam is very responsive and quick to help with any issue or question. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Worked out perfectly for my family. The only issue, which didn’t really bother us, would be the roosters that crow at the crack of dawn although they stop pretty quickly.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for future trips, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Airbnb experience.

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

Tim's place was extremely nice and clean. I highly recommend this property.
