Condo vacation rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

We enjoyed our stay! Great proximity to Bourbon St and the parades while being far enough from the chaos to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great location and are not looking to stay directly on Bourbon St.

Lovely and comfortable. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. Convenient but quiet - slept great!

This place caught my eye because of the 5 private bathrooms but once we entered the condo we were extremely impressed with the place. It provided a sense of division but still together. The place is in a quiet area and we walked to Bourbon Street and other close by places. I love that there was a grocery store and a CVS directly across the street. We had a few MINOR issues and David had someone come within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place was clean the bed comfy. Definitely as described. Short walk to the french quarter and lots of parking nearby. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I can't say enough about 888 Girod. It was lovely, very comfortable, great beds, well-stocked kitchen. We had several questions for Christopher and he answered quickly. He was a very gracious host. When we are in New Orleans again, we will definitely stay there. We had a delightful time and are looking forward to coming back. Thanks Christopher for everything.

After our original Airbnb booking cancelled two days before our stay during the very popular Jazz Fest, we heard about Bryan’s place. Without much research we booked and Steve glad we did. Bryan answered our many frenzied questions quickly and completely. We asked for, and did not expect, an early check-in which was accommodated. The space is gorgeous and perfect for two couples. Many 4-person accommodations have adequate sleeping but the living space is cramped. This condo had incredible common spaces including a dining area, huge, well-appointed kitchen and a lovely sitting area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Tchoupitoulas. There was a unit above us and we *think* it was occupied but you could hardly hear anything but a few footsteps once in awhile. We will definitely book this condo again.

Very nice apartment close to French Quarter but far enough away to escape the crowds. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying here. The place is actually way bigger than it seems in all the pictures. It is also walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars. Highly recommend staying here!

great place to stay if you are visiting NOLA. Off street parking as well as plenty of street parking. 15 minute walk to Charles St, streetcar. if you dont want to walk, 3 minute drive to the stop with lots of street parking. close to the highway(10) if you are going to plantations or swamp tours and back to the airport. Super comfy beds. we loved our stay!!!!!

This condo was convenient to New Orleans without being right downtown. Close to many activities and sights. Great space for our party of 5 adults. Only thing missing was additional stool for the island. Only had 4.

Very convenient location and very safe, walkable neighborhood. Located above a bakery, and on the same block as a tapas restaurant and the best ice cream spot in New Orleans. We’re moving cross country so it wasn’t ideal carrying a lot of heavy luggage up the stairs, but if we were traveling light like we normally do, it would be no big deal. Lots of natural light in the apartment and cozy decor. Our host was friendly and very responsive! And our favorite thing about this place was the location! Thank you!

Such a perfect spot for our weekend trip to New Orleans! The location was great on a nice quiet side street just steps from Magazine Street. The house was so charming and had plenty of room. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in between our New Orleans adventures. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to NOLA.

The space was great, exactly as promised. Location is absolutely perfect to experience the French Quarter. Walking distance to street car and bus lines for easy transportation to other places in the city. The space was very clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. One bedroom is street side and can be a bit loud at times but the other room is secluded in the interior and was plenty quiet to rest up. It is a heavy nightlife area so asking for total silence is not realistic, but for the location it was much quieter than we were expecting. Overall a great stay as long as you understand your location and the reality of the area being very busy and pretty loud. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking to experience bourbon street and the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful girl's trip at this property. It's close enough to drive to Bourbon Street and surrounding areas without having to stay in the "noisy" part of the city.

This house was amazing, spacious, clean and had a lovely large kitchen as well as a beautiful peaceful courtyard and pool area. The only issue is that there was a broken floodlight on a lamp post outside the bedroom window that had no covering. The flood light was broken and shined light in every 3-5 minutes at night making it impossible to sleep in the main bedroom. I reached out 3 times about finding some sort of solution (even a black trash bag taped!) but each time I was simply met with, "this is a priority" but it was never fixed. Also since we had such an issue we had hoped for a slightly later check out - which was not granted. Other than that, we had a great experience and luckily the bedrooms where our kids slept were free of issues.

The unit was comfortable and well located in the city.
