A beautiful place to switch off and relax. Nothing is missing, the house is comfortably furnished and very clean. The sauna and the whirlpool make every vacation a little better. I'd love to come back.

Cottage matches the photos, even better (we didn't expect an entrance spacious enough to put our bikes under cover). Frootje is very responsive to messages and her mom welcomed us on arrival. Absolute calm, very clear environment, very pleasant living space, very good bedding. In the listing, there are 3 bedrooms, there are 4 (2 with double beds, separable if needed), and 2 with single beds. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor, which is good for people with difficulties with fairly steep stairs. Just so you know, the curtains could be blackout (in the bedrooms) for those who like darkness to sleep. And the toilet is located with the shower, a little annoying when you want to get ready in the morning. In short, a place to remember. Thank you for everything. Nadine

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

I felt like home right away! I had the true Dutch feeling with the steep stairs and the lovely little balcony upstairs. Kitty and Erik were responsive and really nice! It was a great place to stay and Groningen is wonderful as always!

We had 4 relaxing days for three in this cozy, quiet and very clean accommodation. Our daughter had the room upstairs all to herself and enjoyed it very much. The house was nice and clean, the kitchen very well equipped, milk and water were available. The breakfast is very tasty and plentiful. Senseo coffee machine was great. In the beautiful and warm weather, we could have a wonderful breakfast outside and relax comfortably under the tree in the garden. There are many beautiful things to explore in the area, by car or bike or sometimes with a boat (easy to rent in the Eurocamp). We felt very comfortable. Thank you to Johan and Imi.

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I've never seen so many dogs. All on a leash and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes walk you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the leash. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq , is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

It was an unforgettable and carefree vacation. The children felt very comfortable from the beginning, and we were able to completely switch off in the four days and simply forget the time. Wendy and Peter went to an incredible amount of trouble. You can feel how much heart they put into it. The children were able to play carefree while we enjoyed the time together to the fullest. The weather was mixed, but that didn't dampen the mood. The short rain showers were quickly over, and there was always enough time for beautiful experiences outside. The community with the other guests was also very pleasant, open, warm and uncomplicated. Thank you very much Jolanda for your hospitality, it was very nice to be in the cabin, everything was enough, everything was provided, the only thing is that there is no air conditioning and it was very hot at check-in, but since we planned to walk during the day and get home in the evening, it did not frighten us, since in the morning and evening we felt great. The hostess gave great recommendations for nearby interesting places, which we took advantage of, thank you for this separately! We also visited the village of Giethoorn, it is amazing and not far at all. Overall, the vacation was wonderful, we recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. We were able to check in a little earlier, for the children everything was already present in the cottage. It was beautifully clean and equipped with every comfort!

Alice's place exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best Airbnb we have stayed at in the Netherlands. Usually I don't come back to the same place because I like to keep exploring the world but I can definitely say we will be back one day! We used to pool a lot and relaxed at sauna and jacuzzi, which was all just lovely. The environment is very peaceful and the perfect place to escape the city. Alice was a very welcoming and friendly host and easy to communicate with. Thank you for everything! :)

By far one of the very best Airbnbs! We felt very welcome here. Very sweet hosts. Upon arrival something nice for our little ones (sweet!) and everything was ready for them. Also a camping bed for our baby on request stood next to our bed. Top service! What really stood out is that the chalet was very well maintained and clean, it smelled wonderfully fresh. The chalet is compact but everything we needed and conveniently furnished. The hosts have made a lot available: coffee, oil, herbs, detergent and lots of toys! The garden around the chalet is very nice and spacious with 2 cozy (covered!) terraces. Even in the pouring rain, we sat outside for a while. An extensive review, but we were also very happy. Communication went very smoothly, Joke and Henk are easily accessible via airbnb or the app and very friendly 🥰 Thank you for this nice stay, you will see us again! 😄

It was super nice. The accommodation is beautifully located with a unique view of the IJsselmeer. As a result, there is also constantly fresh air, wind, and the sound of the water. We loved that. On the dike, there is also a beach for swimming. Good beds, great kitchen and shower, nice living room to relax. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. The dog has also been thought of. We'd love to come back.

The vacation there was beautiful. The first day we couldn't get our daughter out of the accommodation, she was fascinated by the entire facility and decoration. We loved the location, because in Zwolle you can do so many beautiful things even in bad weather and the place is 5 minutes away, plus the beautiful monkey park. The park was also very nice and even a small playground was built, which has not yet been designated. We would definitely book the place again

The house is amazing, equipped, kitchen, rooms, all the facilities are high-end. Very suitable for family. The area is quiet and green, birds chirping, a real treat for nature lovers. The hosts are available for any question, help, and recommendation at an exceptional level.

The cottage is packed with amenities. Good speakers for nice music (thanks for the CDs there!), the view is really a 10 and through the fenced garden the dog could be lovely outside. Recommended!

Amazing stay! So peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings. We went for a lovely walk, and we were blessed with great weather, so we spent most of our time in the garden area. Whenever we had a question, we were able to communicate directly, and Mathijs and Nilo were very helpful. The indoor space is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!

This place is a real treasure. The house itself and the garden are absolutely beautiful, very cozy and clean and everything is attended to. Right from the beginning you can see and feel the love and work that Rose is putting into it. You‘ll find a lovely place in lovely surroundings out in the Dutch country side, but still close to everything „touristic“ you might want to do and see. The place is also perfect if you travel with your dog, since it‘s fully fenced and there‘s beautiful walking possibilities all around you. Rose and her family are very friendly, welcoming and always helpfull if needed. In short: We really enjoyed our stay together with our dogs and can fully hearted recommend it to anyone, anytime.
