Hedge Lodge is a spacious, self-catering holiday cottage sleeping up to five people. It enjoys beautiful views across fields of horses and backs onto a natural pond bursting with wildlife. The cottage boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area with doors opening to a private courtyard The first floor has a quiet area for reading, or play area. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Well behaved animals are welcome on the ground floor only and WIFI, bed linen and towels are included.
“Cosy space with a gorgeous view & plenty of wildlife and animals for company. A little cold & couldn’t seem to get the heating to work, and the wifi was temperamental, but other than that, it was perfect! The bed was especially comfy and warm, and despite being located just off a busy main road, it was exceptionally peaceful. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet, romantic break or just a cosy home-away-from-home.”
2 Hall cottages is set in the beautiful suffolk countryside 2 minutes from coastal town of Southwold. The cottage backs onto Reydon woods and is a quiet peaceful place to stay. The bathroom is downstairs and I do have two sweet little doggies. Plenty of parking and bus route to most other towns and villages. Directions; Coming from the A12 take the Wangford turn off and follow the road for 1.5 miles my 2 Hall cottage is the middle one of three opposite Wexford House.
“Vanessa's place is compact small house in the middle of three with a single extension housing the bathroom at the rear. It is set in the most idyllic rural setting with nature to the front and back, being on the outskirts of Reydon. There is a sign for Wexford House opposite but it is hidden by trees. The venue room is to the front and I did not need to close my curtains at all, it was no private! The room is well proportioned with a lovely small sofa positioned by the window so there is view of nature. It's brilliant value for money, I had an extremely good rest before moving onto my next destination, and Vanessa is very hospitable. It does what it says on the tin, with the cherry being the gorgeous rural setting. Thanks Vanessa!!”
My cosy cottage is five minutes walk to public transport for Southwold, Norwich and Lowestoft. Sizewell is 15 miles away. I live here too, with my small dog called Marley. Your room is a single bed with en suite, shower over the bath with towels etc. Tea making facilities included. No TV in your room but private lounge with TV. Internet available. The room overlooks my garden. Breakfast is cereal and drinks., the kitchen. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers.
“I loved Sue's cosy cottage. It was neat and had what was needed in a small space, but with homely touches. It inspires me to clear some of my physical clutter! I enjoyed eating breakfast in the sunshine in your interesting garden. It felt like a proper cottage, not minimal and bare!”
