The decor is a mix of skandy and vintage elements in the modern black and white ambience. Here and there a crib of paint that please the eye. »Hygge in the North German« describes it very well from our point of view:) From our point of view, the focus is clearly on peace and quiet. The floor-to-ceiling window literally picks up nature. The high ceiling creates a spacious feeling of space.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with views over the rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its brick-style gable houses around the corner, the Pomeranian State Museum too. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, animals are unfortunately not welcome. There is no smoking in the apartment.

The cottage is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is more than 150 years old and was the former. Ice house of the manor house. The sauna( incl. Sauna towels), table tennis or badminton can be used free of charge. The canoe, stand-up paddle board and rowing boat can be rented for a fee. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin and Wismar and Rostock are 30-45 minutes by car.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably built for the teacher in 1815. It contains a bedroom, another bedroom under the roof (can only be booked in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom under the roof, you can onlyreach a steep staircase. The chamber is heatable via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.
