Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Waldorf

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

I stayed here while visiting a friend in DC, and the apartment itself was exactly my speed: comfortable, no-fuss, in a classic 1950s building, and a perfect view of the Capitol ( the balcony was perfect for morning-coffee contemplation). Everything was clean and as expected (ie: the WiFi and A/C saved my life). The free parking spot was also a major W against the hellscape of DC street parking. The host was genuinely the best. Every little question I had was answered kindly, which made the stay EASY. Also, having access to the gym was a nice touch (OK I mostly stared at the treadmill and called that cardio). Anyway, If you’re looking for something simple, well-located, with a direct window into DC, this is your spot. I’d absolutely stay here again.

This is our second time staying with Wanda and it was even better than the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need if you like to cook your own food. But if that’s not your thing there are a bunch of fantastic restaurants to choose from within walking distance (the hosts have fantastic recommendations!) The bathroom had more than enough towels and toiletries for the three of us and was well stocked with everything you could need. It’s within walking distance of the university as well as the metro if you want to do some touristy stuff as well (which we did on our last day). The hosts are super responsive and kind and quick to update if anything is wrong. If you’re super comfy girlies like we are, there are plenty of blankets to go around while enjoying the super quaint living room. It’s one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at and has set the bar for every subsequent Airbnb we have stayed in. we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in DC!

Absolutely loved this space. The location is great and allows for exploration of the city. The space itself was clean and spacious. My favorite piece was having access to the gym within the Fairmount hotel (if im not mistaken). Lastly, host(s) are extremely responsiveness. I had questions about the property prior to booking as i was booking extremely last minute and I received a quick response.

Lovely place to stay. Close to downtown Alexandria and the wharf. We spent one whole day down there. Also easy to take a few day trips to Washington DC. I would definitely stay again.

This was the best airbnb I have stayed at. The place was spotless and even bigger than the pictures depicted. So comfortable and the location is perfect, walkable and surrounded by restaurants. If you are staying in Arlington, this place is worth it!! The host was kind and all my questions were answered quickly. I enjoyed my stay and will book again next time I am in the city!

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

This was an awesome stay! If you have infants their place is a must as it is easily baby proofed and has so many accessible items!

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Where do I start? This was the most perfect place to stay. From the ease of the check-in process to the amenities offered, this was the best AirBNB experience ever. The room looks even better than in the pictures for starters. It was the perfect amount of space for all 6 of my family members. The amenities offered for the kiddos were a game room, pool, and there were activities for all ages hosted by the resort most evenings. Any kind of restaurant you could think of was within walking distance & some even offered a 10-20% discount for staying in the area. The rooms were clean upon arrival. I had 2 issues during my stay and they were resolved within 5-10 minutes of me texting the provided number. Unheard of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The concierge service even helped us planned our Washington DC activities for the day. I cannot rant and rave enough about this accommodation. Don’t hesitate to book. Do it now!

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.

Rosalyn's House was laid out perfectly, with lots of natural light and beautiful views of the gardens outside. The two-tone paint on the walls in the living area and nicely selected art was definitely a step above the average rental house. The Kitchen was one of the best equipped we have seen, and we loved the coffee options. The appliances were top notch. Rosalyn was always available to help us with questions and respond with help. The home was clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!

Five stars. Great and communicative host, quality amenities, beautiful landscaping, and the in house gym was perfect for a late night workout. Ample parking and conveniently close to the city center.

The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There is a grocery store, drug store and Starbucks within walking distance. The house is very nicely updated and is extremely clean and comfortable. Jamie is very friendly and responsive.

Literally speechless for how much we loved this place. She went above and beyond. You actually feel like a guest in one of a close family friend’s home and not a stranger. I’d love to return! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

This was one of the most well equipped houses I have ever stayed in. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to each contact. I highly recommend this place!!

Our stay at Justin’s Hot Tub Haven in Annapolis, was exactly that…a haven with a much enjoyed hot tub! Justin was exceedingly responsive, proactive, and flexible. The home is very well appointed with all the necessities, plus all the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a doggie waste station, and bath robes to name a few. Our children loved the downstairs space (and secretly the adults were thrilled they had it too), and it felt to them like they had their own little apartment. The backyard felt like a small resort. We loved the quick walk to shops and the our boys loved the nearby basketball courts and baseball fields. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!

Great place to stay in Woodbridge! It’s a nice neighborhood and very easy driving distance to various stores. Kim was very welcoming and always has good recommendations for what to do in the area!

This house was perfect for our large family. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for a large group.
