Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

It is a stand alone, family owned cabin built in 1903, in the most quiet part of town. Please note! Historic cabin located just blocks from Grand Lake, the town beach, playground, and the boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Enjoy it's full kitchen,BBQ,firepit,canoe,and bike. Newly remodeled rustic looking cabin with all the modern amenities. Located just a short 2 block walk to the main street boardwalk of Grand Lake on a dead end street which makes it nice and quiet but very convenient to all that Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park has to offer. 2 nicely furnished bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full baths. Enjoy the remodeled open concept kitchen and living area.
