Amazing spot and stay

This condo worked well for us. We were traveling with family who had rented other units in this complex. We liked ours best, due to its updated/well-stocked kitchen, paper/toiletry supplies, two bathrooms, wide lanai, convenient parking, comfortable bed, generous square footage, and beach/snorkeling gear. We enjoyed the absolute quiet (this unit is away from the road), but found lots to do, especially in the excellent main pool area and on the relatively-wide beach, with easy snorkeling and walking options (Wailea luxury resorts to the left; natural beauty to the right). If you're looking for family-friendly green space and don't mind a longish walk to the main pool/beach, consider this property. If you have mobility issues that make walking difficult or need onsite restaurants, high-end furnishings and spa-like baths, you might not be happy here. We found it very comfortable. It was evident to us that Jazlyn has put a lot of thought into meeting her guests' needs. Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed in this complex a few times before and keep coming back because we always love it! Debra’s place is one of the best equipped ones we’ve stayed in! Kitchen made it easy to cook and beach equipment was appreciated. Being a second floor unit with high ceilings means it takes a while to cool down. Only one thing that could be improved: If you’re a person who likes to sleep with the ceiling fan on, the bedroom has one, but it really needs to be replaced — it’s very noisy (the one in the living room is silent in comparison). After a couple of nights with the noisy fan, we chose to keep it off and were reasonably comfortable with the AC unit. Otherwise we would stay again!

The condo featured everything we could hope for to enjoy the beaches and our vacation with a baby including full kitchen equipment, various baby chairs, toys, a bathtub and beach equipment (umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, beachwaggon...). We really liked the interior design, it made us feel more at home.

This condo was perfect for my stay in Wailea. Very clean , comfortable & all the amenities you need. Pool & parking are right across from the entrance. Unit was very quiet for sleeping and relaxing. Location is perfect for everything in Wailea. Karissa was great communicating all information, and even allowed me an early check-in knowing I had a red eye.

Enjoyed everything about this place. Love how close it was to walk to the mall and several restaurants. The beach was 4-5 min drive. The unit itself was spacious and felt very peaceful. Full kitchen and laundry in unit

We had a wonderful stay here for our daughter’s 1st birthday adventure! The place was perfect for our family of three. It was beautiful with an incredible amount of natural light. The place was super clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a pack-and-play and a high chair for our baby girl. It was a great place to cool down and relax after days out exploring, and the location made it easy to get around. The home had everything we could have asked for and more. We had a great time making memories.

This place is great, nestled among the resort hotels of Wailea, it’s a little condo that feels like a generous studio apartment, patio opening onto an enormous campus with amenities, walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, and resorts, a short drive from some excellent snorkeling locations. Perfect for a couple, low key, comfortable, beautiful.

Gorgeous spot! The location is fabulous, close to fun restaurants and the harbor, but it still felt private. We would 100% stay here again!

We had an amazing and relaxing stay! The place had everything we needed and more—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The view was absolutely incredible, and we loved being within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. It was the perfect getaway spot. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was exactly as described. Laurie went above and beyond to give recommendations and instructions. We loved having the kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, beach chairs and cooler. Once we arrived we didn’t need a thing. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a great time at Todd’s place. The location is great, lots of food trucks and coffee shops steps away from the condo. There is a friendly surf spot just in front of the condo. The condo is very well equipped with brand new appliances. I totally recommend this place!

This is truly a hidden gem. The condo building is quite small with only 3 floors, no elevator, and sits directly on the beach. It seems that it is part of a neighborhood rather than a commercially developed area. A neighbors, who rents every year, shared the walk ability to a restaurant and wine bar literally around the corner. The pool was spotless with an abundance of chaise lounges. In short, the location is fabulous. The unit was also a find. It was as shown in the pictures, very clean, and well appointed. Being on the 2nd floor it afforded a stunning view. We truly wanted for nothing. Patrick was wonderful to work with being personable, responsive and helpful from the very beginning. The only down side is the heat in the bedroom. It was intolerably hot for sleeping as there is no a/c in this room. There is a pull out sofa bed in the LR that we seriously considered. We opted to freeze in the LR in order to try to sleep in the BR. All in, it was a great place!! Highly recommend!

Aloha Amy we had a wonderful time in Maui. thank you, the apartment was just as advertised. Friendly and helpful staff with friendly residents and guests as well. Situated right off S Kihei Rd walking distance to the beaches, close to dozens of great restaurants, nearby markets and activities for all ages.

Great place to stay. There was a lot to do around the area. Benjamin answered all of our questions within an appropriate amount of time. I would stay again!

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Misti was a wonderful host. Very responsive to any questions or queries we had. Great location with many amenities and restaurants within a short walking distance. And the King bed was quite comfortable and greatly appreciated. Most 1 bd/1ba condos on Maui utilize a queen size bed for some reason. Would book again anytime

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

this is the best Airbnb on the island! amazing neighborhood close to everything! it felt safe and had a hometown feel. everyone was so friendly. the place itself had everything we needed and the view was incredible! much better than the picture! when our host realized we didn't have beach towels he made sure some were delivered and we were thrilled to come back and see like 6 brand new thick beach towels!! having the washer and dryer in the unit made things so easy too! can't say enough great things about this place and the hosts ! we will be booking here for our next trip! 10/10 recommend!

Gary's place is beautiful! The description on the listing does not do it justice. The Nanea is a dream resort with everything you need. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

Over all it’s a good place to stay. It’s just we can hear the people at the connecting room.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Lovely place that is away from the busy resorts with beautiful views just as the listing showed. Host was highly responsive and helpful. All around great experience and recommend this place and host!
