Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

After the initial shock of driving up the very steep drive everything went smoothly. Friendly communicative hosts with clear instructions on how to get into the unit. The unit had everything we needed. To top it off the stunning expansive views on all sides and beautiful lap and spa pool plus the priceless silence made this one of our best air b n b stays yet Thank you.

Even better than in the photos. Truly incredible place. Great location, beautiful deck, good amenities, amazing view, clean, comfortable, private. Can't fault it. A thousand times better than the three-times-the-price resort down the road. Brett is great, super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

This is such a lovely apartment, nice & clean. Good convenience location with a lot of nice restaurants. Robin is a super nice host, very helpful & flexible for special request. The environment is quiet & very beautiful sunset. Will have no doubts staying at the same place when I visit Picton again. I am very lucky choosing this great place for my long weekend vacation. Waterfront Holiday Home

Fantastic spacious property, well maintained and equipped. Great views, safe parking, quiet. Short distance from Picton, excellent for Waikawa Marina, great views of the sound. Wonderful place to stay.

Our team didn't want to leave!! It was perfect. I did overlook the loft being the 3rd bedroom, as it has no door, we changed our team around and just had 2 bedrooms being used instead of 3. Apart from that it was perfect. Thanks so much for having our team stay, really appreciate you being so accommodating.

We had a wonderful two-night stay! The location was absolutely ideal—just a short drive from the ferry terminal, making it super convenient to explore the town and waterfront. Despite being close to everything, the house was quiet at night. If you're visiting Picton, we highly recommend this spot.

Walking distance to great local pub/restaurant and lovely level track into Picton Marina. Minutes from the ferry. Lynda was an awesome host. She checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we always had everything. Will come back again.

This place is a gem. We had such a great stay. The location was perfect, a beautiful part of the country and so peaceful. We enjoyed waking to the tui's in the trees out front. The house was cosy and had everything we need. Great host and very responsive. We will be back.
