All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Nestled at the foot of the Hakarimata range, the cabin is completely private and separate from the hosts residence. It is the perfect retreat, a place to break up your journey or as a base for the many tourist, cycling or walking activities the Waikato has to offer. The cabin has a queen-sized bed with ensuite. The kitchenette has gas hobs with small fridge, kettle, toaster, and all basic utensils. Milk, tea and coffee are included. There’s wifi and a TV with Chromecast.

Wildberry Cottage is just 20 minutes from Rotorua in the Bay of Plenty. Purpose-built in August 2020, this modern Scandinavian-inspired cottage combines warmth, comfort and coziness with a stunning rural setting. Set on 8.5 acres of rolling farmland with large mature trees for privacy. With only a few friendly sheep as neighbours, this is your chance to unwind and relax and enjoy the seclusion.

The Silk Tree Studio (Nr. Waitomo Caves)

Very spacious self-contained studio, set amongst gardens of the main house with young dairy stock all around. Peaceful quiet location at the end of a no exit road with beautiful views.
