Studio in beautiful garden next to the estuary

My place is close to parks and great views. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the people, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Guests are welcome from everywhere and anywhere. Make yourselves at home. This is a studio space with a bed/sitting room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a hand basin then a separate toilet and shower area. There's a place to hang clothes and plenty of storage in drawers and cupboards. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, small conventional oven and cooktop with an additional double cooking ring for the enthusiasts. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Guest have access to the back garden where there's a bench table for afternoon and evening sun. There's a line to hang washing at the back of the garden. Guest are also welcome at any time to use the tables and chairs on the front deck to enjoy the morning sun and views over the estuary. We want you to enjoy your stay and see as much of Auckland as possible. There is so much to see, we have 34 regional parks just for starters! There's plenty of space just over the road for walking, running, kayaking, cycling, tennis and futsal and a swimming pool 20 minutes walk away. We are more than happy to help you find places of interest to visit and show how best to get there. >If you have a car please park it on the left of the road, outside the house. It's perfectly safe there but should be locked at all times and don't leave any valuables in them. >You will find various bus and train schedules and maps in the studio. We will try to make sure they are always up to date but can't guarantee it. Best use the website (EMAIL HIDDEN) to plan journeys and or buy an AT HOP card (the closet place is the Panmure rail station) which makes it easier to pay fro trips on buses and trains. >There are a group of shops on Tripoli Road (just a 3 minute walk through the Tamaki Primary school grounds). The shops sell, food (milk, bread, convenience foods, fruit & vegs etc), liquor, chinese take-aways.

Perfectly situated in Mission Bay is this private self-enclosed cottage. This quaint little cottage sits adjacent to the main house and offers two parking space with its own dedicated entrance. The space offers a full kitchen with a two pot stove, dish washer, fridge, washing machine and 42 inch TV with Freeview. The lounge catches a considerable amount of sun and has sliding doors that open on both sides and pour out to a private, wraparound deck that overlooks our garden. There was s a Heatpump offering heating and cooling all year around.

Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

we arrived to a very clean, comfortable and warm unit. the aircon had been turned on for us. we loved the little extras, milk, cereal, homemade jams, vogel bread and plunger coffee etc the bathroom was very clean and again all the extras. good quality linens on the beds. Cath was great to communicate with. we would highly recommend and will stay again.

We loved our stay at Christine and Jeremy’s place. The location was perfect for walks into St. Heliers and visiting our relatives nearby, and a short drive or bus ride into downtown Auckland. But if you just wanted to relax or regroup at home, the view from the flat is amazing, the place is flooded with sunlight, sparkling clean and perfectly equipped top to bottom. We’ve found our perfect spot in Auckland and will be back soon!

Deb’s getaway is perfect for 1-2 people who are looking for accessibility around Auckland but something quieter than staying Central. A quick walk and you’re on the waterfront with many restaurants to pick from as well as the most lovely beach! Deb is an excellent host who thinks of everything! She graciously left a breakfast treat for our first morning and keeps a very tidy, clean place. It’s the perfect spot to relax!

We had a very nice stay at Gary’s place. Gary is super friendly and responsive and gave us heaps of tips for things to do. The washing machine and dryer and drying space on the deck were very helpful for us as we were in AKL for a sailing regatta. The home made bread, butter, jam and milk were a super nice touch. Thank you Gary for having us!

Very clean and tidy with lovely linen. The separate lounge was a real bonus. Unusual entry through the garage, but that was very easy. Christine was excellent to communicate with and all instructions and advice were clear and easy to follow . Loved our 3 nights there and will stay again. Thanks Christine

This has to be one of my all-time favorite Airbnbs. The flat was absolutely beautiful—cozy, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with every amenity you could wish for. It truly felt like a home away from home. Nothing short of amazing. And Sandy was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and there when we needed him.
