This is the perfect spot if you want to enjoy Kochi! The room is as big as shown in the photos - there is ample space is move around. The decor is very tasteful and rustic. There is also an attached restaurant/ bar which has a very very good vibe! Would definitely recommend having a glass of wine there. The location is 10/10 - almost all the great cafés are at walking distance and Uber auto is super easily available. GO FOR IT!

Wonderful place and wonderful hosts. Short walk to most attractions in fort Kochi. our stay was made more enjoyable by helpful hosts. Cherian and Amal have done a wonderful job. Dont miss the mentalist show by Amal- it is quite fun and held within the premises. Couldn't find a single negative with this property.

A service with a smile. Johnson is a wonderful person and a host. We had to check in early because of our flight schedules and he accomodated it. But you have to inform first so that he can let you know the availability. Secondly, the location of this place is everything you can ask for if you are planning to roam around. I'd mainly book this place just for that. It's close to every place with the radius of 3-4km. Kochi Beach, Chinese Finishing Nets, Kochi Water Metro, Art Galleries, Santa Cruz Basilica, Paradesi Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Jew Town, etc. When I say etc, I mean it. A lot more. The stay itself however isn't luxurious but would do the justice to call it a bed and breakfast. Loved the over-all experience.

The family was very kind, helpful and reacted super quickly to everything. They gave nice tips so I could explore the surroundings. I really liked the recommendations that were atypical and spontaneous. I was made aware that a dolphin was passing by so I could see it first hand for example. And I always received a positive smile. Thanks a lot!
