Vacation rentals with a patio in Vrontados

Erini made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the space as it felt very private and detached. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The outside garden was great to enjoy the summer nights and sea view.

A very sweet central house. It is very enjoyable to sit on the balcony in the evening and mornings. The sea view, albeit a little. Just above the archaeological museum, but the museum is currently closed. I love that the keys are delivered with a lockbox and this system works here as well. Let's give you a few tips. Don't think there is a stove in the house (I noticed it on the last day😄) a lid is on the top of the oven and the stove will appear when you open it. The water boiling machine scared me because it took off a lot of steam and the flame was all over the machine, and my suggestion is that you wait at the beginning and unplug the steam when you see it. Hot water is running a little too late from the shower head, you may need to wait around 20 minutes, just so you know. Soap, towels, sheets, shower gel are waiting for you, but there was no shampoo. My suggestion is to bring these types of things with small bottles just in case. Take care, happy holidays to everyone...

House is very comfortable and host is very helpful. The village Kalamoti is near to many touristic places like Komi beach, Pyrgi, Mesta. You can watch the stars at night on the rooftop of the house.

Beautiful apartment and building! Pristine and immaculate, with all the amenities! Wonderful view and balcony with seating to look at the view of the ocean. Proximity to town was fantastic. Owner was extremely quick to respond and communication was very easy. If I could give this listing 10 stars I would! An absolute gem and we will definitely be going back!!

Everything was exactly as described and even better. Mr. George was great without getting tedious. Many small details made our stay even better like the daily cleanliness of the space and the constant supply of coffee and so on. She even left us fruit in the room every now and then. I highly recommend it since there is an attempt to feel comfortable and enjoyable that is now rare.

An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was really a highlight of our vacation! The accommodation is even more beautiful than the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is very well maintained and of high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and nothing is missing. We were particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: In a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches of the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

It was a great experience for us to stay in this beautiful house during our holiday in Çeşme. The location of the house was very central and safe, very comfortable in terms of transportation and surrounding amenities. 7 minutes by car to Alaçatı bazaar. The order and cleanliness of the house was very good; there was a minor problem with the cleaning at the first entrance, but Mr. Engin solved the situation very understandingly and quickly, and even made a gesture by giving us +1 day as a gift to make us happy. We also thank them for their approach and hospitality. The house had everything we needed: air conditioning, clean sheets and towels, kitchen equipment was complete. The interior was spacious and tastefully furnished, every detail necessary for a comfortable holiday was considered. Our host was very caring, solution-oriented and respectful. I can recommend it with peace of mind to those who want to stay in this house. I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Çeşme.

Although we stayed for a short time, it was a house where we had a pleasant time. Its central location made it very convenient for us. It will be a house that we will easily prefer in our next visits due to the fact that there is nothing missing in the house and the interest of our host =)
