A modern newly built maisonette at Chios windmills ready to host you! You can access the beach and the windmills which is one of the landmarks of Chios island. You have access to 3 bedrooms (2p per room), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. It can host up to 8 guests with 2 queen size beds, 1 bunk bed and a queen size sofa bed. Baby cribs & baby equipment are available upon request. In walking distance you can find cafeteria, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy & hospital.

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests

Casa di Mare is a ground floor, detached house in a two-story building, at an altitude of 30m. from the sea, on the coastal road of Vrontados, in Chios. It is located in an area with a lot of greenery in the neighboring forest and wonderful views of the sea and the Asia Minor coast. Opposite lies the square of the Unknown Sailor with the homonymous statue in the sea.
