WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmental and hypoallergenic paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3 minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake bath, as you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house contains two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite tranquility, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Relax in this unique and quiet home with plenty of light and summerhouse vibe. While your morning coffee is spinning, consider whether to go right into the woods, or go left and let yourself lead into landscapes with open spaces, heaths, and viewpoints. The house has an entrance hall, kitchen, living room and new bathroom as well as a large south-facing terrace with a lookout and direct access to the forest and nature. Experience nature close to Rørbæk lake, at the Jutland ridge, (30 min. walk from the cabin), springs Denmark's two largest rivers, Gudenåen and Skjernåen, with only a few hundred meters distance and runs in different directions towards the sea(10 min. walk from the cabin) In the same place, Hærvejen crosses the river valley. Idyllic wooden house, with great views. New kitchen , toilet, bath .Beds for four, alcoves for 2 children. 10-15min. From forest and lake. The house is suitable as a base for excursions. Within 40 minutes drive you will find Legoland, Himmelbjerget, Aqua, Givskud Zoo. It is possible to get lessons in the visual art by the artist Lars Ringgaard. This must be agreed upon before arrival. Teaching Module 1. 10-14 Module 2 , 19-21.30. Each module 650 kr.

The house is located on a quiet closed residential road, surrounded by the most beautiful nature with the lakes around Silkeborg. Aarhus and Legoland approx. 1 hour by car. The area is rich in put and take lakes. More organic farm shops nearby (Skovgården and Gotenborg)
