We had a fantastic stay at Lars' house! The views from the modern jacuzzi were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with a large, well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. We especially appreciated the use of the nearby boat for a bit of adventure on the water, and the charming hiking cabin up on the mountain was a cosy retreat to warm up in if needed. Don’t miss the nearby Likholefossen waterfall—it's definitely worth a visit! Lars was a friendly and generous host who made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Assurément l’un de mes plus beaux logements loués sur airbnb. La maison décorée avec soins les pieds dans l’eau, le calme, la gentillesse de Torstein et Ida . Nous sommes à l’opposé des boites à clé anonymes qui se multiplient partout . Je recommande à 100%

Trygve was lovely! The house we stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and cozy! The walk around the property was so wonderful and peaceful. Tryge was so kind and friendly to us when he showed us around his family farm. We hope to return soon. Highly recommended visiting!

Old house with the character of Bergen. Great location, easy walking into centre and restaurants. Good parking for car, all amenities in house you’ll need. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Can highly recommend.

Wir hatten gemütliche zwei Tage, trotz des schlechten Wetters. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Hütte und problemlose und einfache Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin.

Our stay was wonderful. The bus system was close by to travel into town, and the view was magical. Everything we needed was provided and felt comfortable like home. If we travel to Bergen again, we will definitely stay again.

Logement parfait ! Bien placé et typique. Un vrai cocon. Propre, hyper bien équipé comme j’ai jamais eu ça ! Literie parfaite, propre. Seules les nuits peuvent être bruyantes car des personnes restent dans la rue à discuter etc jusqu’au petit matin. À prendre en compte si vous avez le sommeil léger. Mais sinon tout se fait à pied et facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport. J’adore cet endroit !

Vi overnattet i to dager og var veldig fornøyde!!!! Vertene er veldig gjestfrie. Da vi, slitne fra veien, kom inn i huset, ble vi møtt med hygge, renslighet, varme og komfort. For det yngste barnet var det til og med en rekke spennende brettspill, som han var veldig fornøyd med. Og utsikten over fjorden fra terrassen er rett og slett fantastisk!!!!! Vi ville virkelig ikke forlate, og hvis mulig kommer vi gjerne tilbake igjen.🤗🤗🤗

This beautiful little house offers a stunning panoramic view of the lake. You can enjoy the lake view from the living room, the bathroom, and the entrance of the house. The space is excellent for families. The host is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this charming accommodation based on my personal experience.

Everything was just as described, everything went well! The drive up to the house is a little adventure (but absolutely manageable, even with big cars) and really beautiful!

A perfect gateway to many hikes in the area! Svein's apartment was exactly as described, the highlight for us was the amazing view from the patio. We visited in mid May and were fortunate to beautiful sunny weather, so we could enjoy the patio even more. After a full day of hiking it was great to relax admiring the amazing Hardangerfjord. The apartment has all nececcary amenities for an enjoyable stay. The bed was super comfortable so one can have a restful sleep after all the day adventures. I definatetly recommend Svein as a host and his beautiful place.

Das Haus von Lillian ist ein Traum. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort. Es ist absolut ruhig. Lillian ist sehr zuvorkommend und belesen. Man kann sich sehr gut mit ihr unterhalten. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch, hat tolle Tipps und kann sehr viel über ihre Heimat Norwegen und auch von anderen Lebensstationen in der Welt berichten. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Eidfjord. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt wünscht.

Kjempe fint gammelt lite hus i landige omgivelser. Ok utstyrt kjøkken, behagelig og nytt bad. Lytt mellom rommene/etasjene. Pen hage og uteplass. Meget rent og pent.

Veldig fin plass. Heilt perfekt for barnefamiliar, med mykje å finne på for liten og stor. Nydeleg og skjerma plass, stille og roleg. Veldig hyggelege og hjelpsamme vertar. Vi kjem gjerne tilbake!

Das Haus von Johanne ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben vor Ort Landkarten der Region liegen gehabt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Von der Unterkunft aus ist man direkt am Meer oder in Bergen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ok: if you're into resting & doing some work at a peaceful location then this is it! Cozy, warm, everything works. (If you're there to have a party, then stay far far away from it - the place is calm and peaceful and doesn't need you turning on your lousy, cheap JBL and howling towards the mountains "how amazing you are for existing" ) Anyhow :D , it's one of the pearls of planet: no tourism - just natural beauty and being. If you haven't had a farm-/summerhouse, you might be a bit "stuck up", how everything isn't entirely spot clean or new, but for humans, it's a sincere, cozy place that has been treated with respect - and you should too ! ;) I'll bring my stingy attitude (because I really enjoyed it and wish it lasted for decades) a bit more down and say: go and have a great time! It's a real experience (especially if you're from a flat land)! :)

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus von Sverre sehr genossen. Es ist ein kleines Cottage dicht am Fjord. Es ist ein altes Haus mit viel Charakter und individueller Einrichtung. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Insgesamt hat das Haus viel zu bieten mit Sauna, einem Pizzaofen und Grillgelegenheit. Sverre und Kristin sind gut zu erreichen und hilfreich.

The house was perfectly located, close to Solvorn and Molden hike. The facilities were great, with a lot of space. Torger was super, with great communication and help.
