The west wing of Haus Landruh is a small (20 sqm), bright apartment with separate entrance and views of Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site). The Nad Rozlewiskiem habitat is a zone where people and nature meet to relax together. A place that, through direct contact with nature, gives you a sense of detachment from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Perfectly located between the waters of Stara Świna and the Baltic Sea, it makes them a unique and attractive point on the map of Świnoujście. It offers cozy studio rooms with direct access to the water, overlooking the bird sanctuary in the Wolin National Park.

Fantastic sunrises over the Bodden

In our apartment with a view of the Bodden, you can enjoy pure nature. Wake up with a view of the rising sun over the Bodden, enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with a view of the grazing cattle herd on the meadows of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. Watch the flight of the sea eagle or watch it on the edge of the Bodden shore. Listen to the calls of the cranes and follow their flight on their return in the evening to their sleeping places on the Bodden.

Gurvitz vacation home

Hofgut Gurvitz is a district of Rambin, in the quiet southwest of the beautiful island of Rügen. Surrounded by fields right on the edge of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park, far away from main roads, you can enjoy the silence and nature of the island. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Strelasund, the Kubitzer Bodden, as well as the Hiddensee lighthouse on the horizon at night. Drying

In 2008, the old drying street from Tostenæs sawmill was converted into a carpenter workshop. Today, the end of the barn is two-story vacation rental. We live in our own house next to the workshop. From the holiday home there is in front of the kitchen and the living room's own area with table, bench and small sandbox – if you go a little further ahead, there are completely secluded gardens to use. You have this garden all to yourselves, too.

Two-person apartment at Park Zdrojowy

The studio apartment is located near the Park Zdrojowy park, which leads to the seaside promenade. Close to the boulevard on the Świna River and the ferry crossing. The city center with shops, cafes and restaurants is nearby. Guests have access to a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can use the underground parking for an additional fee.

Haus Hannemann

Your holiday apartment is close to the Strelasund away from the large tourist streams and rural. Here you can swim, fish and hike. A well-developed bike path network is close by. Parking is available in front of the house. Two apartments are upstairs and can be reached via stairs. The apartment has a small well-equipped kitchenette and a large south-facing balcony.

Workshop 2

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
