ELLA construction trailer in the Mecklenburg Lake District

Since Easter 2018, we have been welcoming guests to our farm who share our love of construction trailers. In May 2020, we expanded with this second property. Vacationers appreciate the coziness and amenities of the construction trailers, the tranquility and idyll in the countryside and the excursion destinations in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Sun lounger, view of the wide field, red sunsets, campfire... Anyone who associates these words with vacation will surely have a great time with us.

Advertisement Description We, the Kenkel family, have been living in the old mansion from 1938, which was built by Frl. Paula Rath was built as an economic house for the Dammerstorfer Gut and sold in 1942 to the aircraft manufacturer Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2ha farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20km east of Rostock and 30km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of a approx. Mixed forest. The 3 ca 150sqm gr. We provide parking spaces for caravans etc.

FISH - Camper by the pond

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature. The trailer has a small cooking facility, fridge, 1 double bed and the sitting area overlooking the pond can be converted for two more people. Cozy hours outside with a view of the old oak tree and the sunset, birdsong, circling birds of prey, and hilly landscape invite you to rest and relax. For uncomfortable days outside, a fireplace inside warms you up nicely. Small swimming lake in the village :-)

Relaxing vacation in a camper

We invite you to relax in nature. Our cozy trailer is standing alone on a large meadow. On our farm next door, there are 2 cats and 1 English bulldog. She is very affectionate and is happy to see every visitor, but is not allowed to go over to the meadow alone. Our rabbits are looking forward to dandelion. We also have sheep with their lambs that are on the farm or near the farm, depending on the feed level. Several bathing lakes are just around the corner.

Country idyll orchard meadow - Between heaven & earth

Enjoythe day on the orchard and the night under the stars. Our small cozy dream car (year 1987) sleeps 1-2 people with a toddler. Our small flock of sheep grazes on the orchard with apple, pear and rare plum varieties. Sometimes the watchful Sina (Kangal dog) passes by and behind the fence the dirt track to the forest runs up...In the adjacent large garden (1ha) there are plenty of fruits, colorful vegetables, a hammock, a sauna (10,-/pers.)...

Camper on a wildly romantic orchard meadow

Enjoy a vacation on our orchard meadow in rural idyll. Here you can be for yourself and relax. The camper has a cozy sitting area overlooking the horse paddock, a small kitchenette, solar power and a double bed. In the nearby manor house (about 100 m) are the toilets and the shared bathroom as well as the possibility to use Wi-Fi. The extensive property with a park invites you to explore & relax.

Waldwagen

The forest wagon is on the border of our property. You can park the car on our premises, but not directly on the forest car. A forest path leads to the forest wagon. There is no electricity and running water, but full nature. There is an outdoor toilet with heart. Here you are almost undisturbed. (Almost because of the birds!)

If you are looking for something to take a cheap vacation but still want to enjoy the comfort of a nice place to stay, then you have come to the right place.
