In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (pool opening hours June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike trails.

Newly built mountain cabin near Stöten

Newly built mountain cabin (2024) located in scenic Gräsheden's Vildmarksby. Approximately 10 minutes to Stöten ski resort, approximately 25 minutes to Sälenfjällens facilities and approximately 40 minutes to Trysil. Next to the cabin, there are cross-country ski trails 3 and 8 km and snowmobile trails. In summer, there are nice hiking trails around the area and it is 2 km to Södra Kungsleden. 500 m to Görälven for fishing, 25 min to Rörbäcksnäs with its well-known mountain bike trails. There are also several swimming areas within a few km distance. Sauna!

The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. In Transtrand, Vörderås, you will find this charming cottage! Here you are really close to most things: Kläppen (7 km), Lindvallen (9 km), Vasaloppsstarten (1.8 km) and Hemfjällstangen (5 km). Right now, we also have ski in/ski out to a wonderful cross-country ski trail that runs along the river, away to Transtrandsbron and then back. Total track length is about 1.6 km. Welcome to our house in Södra Fjällvyn, a scenic area near Sälen-Lindvallen's ski resort. The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 25 min walk takes you to Lindvallen with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand. There's 600 meters to the ski bus.

Welcome to Tenngården in Mångsbodarna, only 150 m from the trail of the Vasaloppet arena. Here you can explore the trail for skiing, biking and hiking, go for nice walks in the forest, and visit Mångsbodarna Nature reserve and Wasasten AB. The start of the Vasa-trail is 23 km away, and the distance to Sälen center is 30 km. If you want to go downhill skiing Kläppen is 25 km away. Kläppen is the nearest of the Sälenfjällen mountain destinations offering great experiences all year around.
