The modern apartment has 50 square meters and was renovated over the last few months. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun. It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

Perfect holiday in the mountains for the whole family The house on the hill is very suitable for families with kids or for up to 4 adults. Great play facilities at the property. In the immediate vicinity there is a small bakery and a farm with a 24-hour fridge where you can buy fresh dairy products. Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. Austria PURE feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We deliberately refrain from using Wi-Fi TVs and co. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the hut you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. After that, settle in with soothing creek noise.
