We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

What a lovely place to stay just 10 minutes from the airport. A beautiful little town away from the business of split. Would love to visit again just for longer.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. Matija was the perfect host , the apartment was just as described and in a very quiet and residential local area very close to the beach. Matija always answered any questions I had very quickly and was there to meet us when we arrived . He showed us a short cut to the beach . His parents live below the apartment and were so friendly, we felt very welcome and safe. I was would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely return . We had a wonderful stay in Zadar .

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Lovely, homely apartment with gorgeous large balcony and beautiful views. The balcony was the highlight with lots of comfortable areas to sit and shade when preferred. The views are beautiful and like the pictures. We were able to easily get to Split by using the bus service which stops practically outside the apartment. When leaving the apartment turn right and the bus stop is a little further down to the right. It is a short bus ride into Split for 2 euros. Split old town and the harbour were lovely, very laid back with lots of bars and restaurants. Vlado and Marijana greeted us when we arrived late in the evening. It was a lovely gesture to have left us a little welcome back of milk, cold drinks and a bottle of wine and croissants. There is everything you need in the apartment and beach towels to take down to the beach a short walk away. Thank you Vlado and Marijana for the little welcoming touches that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend :-)

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful flowery house! In the quiet you can enjoy the garden and the surroundings thanks to the bikes. It is ideally placed to explore the national park. The host is available and has great tips for discovering the region.

We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment has a beautiful outside area with barbecue and it’s just one minute walk to the beach. We worked remotely during our stay, so good WIFI is important and it was! The host is always there to help. Thank you once again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic place tht little bit of outdoor space made me feel so privileged, the use of the bikes was amazing and the location cannot be beaten super close to all the action without the noice which i imagine comes with it down a little cul-de-sac thing and yeah amazing! 0 complaints super helpful and responsive host also

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

I'm traveling back very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav at Petra's was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. The outside space was a fabulous bonus which we loved. The bed was super comfy, water in the bathroom was always hot and we had everything we needed in the property. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the centre yet set in a really peaceful spot. We definitely recommend the property as a great place to stay for a couple.
