Little Manor Annexe - Beautiful Rural Location

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

These two separate converted barns, set in a secluded valley just 12 miles south of Bath. The larger barn sleeps 12 and has huge rooms with beamed roofs and exposed brickwork. There is a large open plan kitchen and dining area, a stunning sitting room with a log burning stove, underfloor heating and amazing views down the valley.
