A very nice house located directly on the lake shore. The house is well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped. Basic equipment such as coffee capsules (Nespresso), mineral water and spices, etc. will also be provided. The location is perfect with wonderful lake views, both from the garden and balcony. The house is very quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle at the harbor. It is only accessible by boat or on foot. The island bus has a stop at the top of the village (10 minutes walk) and does not go down. An absolute plus for peace and quiet. In the village above there is a good butcher and a supermarket, 2 restaurants and 2 bars. Floriana is an extremely accommodating and very friendly hostess with whom you can talk very well. The house is perfect for time to switch off, relax but also for hikers. Since the garden is completely fenced, the dog can walk around freely

We were very happy with the place. The pool is a good way to cool off. The place is functionally furnished and has everything you need. There are also delicious restaurants nearby and you can get to Milan relatively quickly by car or bus and train. Overall, the accommodation is well suited and recommended for a couple or a small family.

Spectacular view - especially for those who want to get away from the city. A lot of light in the house, too bad it's not possible to open the large windows.

This accommodation was excellent for trip to como. It was equipped very well and I had everything what we needed. Also, our dog was welcome and they love their garden. I can we recommend Sophie and ivans place 100%. It was very beautiful and we enjoyed it.

Great place to stay, felt like a home. Everything was great about this place, just a little bit of slow internet, which is probably due to location, but great place and very responsive host. I recommend this place.

Beautiful place, gorgeous views of the lake, responsive and welcoming hosts. They allowed us to check in early. We didn’t have a car which made grocery shopping a little more difficult but public transport was easy to navigate. Plenty to do nearby (hiking, biking, kayaking). Near a busy road but the noise was never bothersome. Incredible views, we spent most of our time in the porch appreciating the serenity and beauty of the lake.

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

We spent a wonderful week at the villa and especially enjoyed the lovely and big garden. The kitchen and living-area are nice and spacious. Outside the house there are lots of lovely places where you can stay. It is quiet and you can only hear the birds (no traffic). In the village nearby (5‘ with the car) there is a good restaurant. We would always come back.

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

We were there with 3 families including 4 children and it was a wonderful stay. The villa still exceeds the expectations you have through the photos. There are countless touches designed with a lot of taste and knowledge. The age and size of the villa mean that individual items are always broken, which did not disturb us. The Park is huge. In the edge areas of the park and at dusk you need a good mosquito spray. There are many small deciduous frogs in the meadow. Karim was a really warm and helpful host. He knows the history of the house in every detail and is a very entertaining and fun conversationalist.

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

Angela's place was very clean and modern with a beautiful view. Angela was very responsive, particularly around local travel tips. The location was a bit of a walk to town (not unanticipated), Angela showed us a short cut and also provided a number of Taxi contacts, who were very responsive.

The villa is super nice and quiet. The sunsets are a dream to be in. There is enough space in the villa & each bedroom (double room or four-bed room) had its own bathroom. The outdoor area is large and beautiful. We celebrated our wedding there and definitely recommend it. You have to book a pizza night, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The only downside is that the house is very noisy. It didn't bother us much.

Weekend spent with friends in this beautiful villa. The house is really beautiful, special and well cared for in detail. Relaxing location, beautiful pool in the middle of the greenery.

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

Villa Diletta is very nice and idyllically located, you can visit a winery nearby (very nice!). In addition, you can go to small restaurants nearby, which are very tasty. It may be good to have a car for excursions. The owners of the villa were really very nice and always gave tips or helped. The pool is very nice and although the owners live in the same house we had a lot of privacy and space to ourselves. We would definitely return!

We stayed there for 3 nights, the location is perfect for relaxation and recreation. The house was sparkling clean and superbly equipped. The owner always responded quickly and very kindly to the messages. Bed linens, dishes, towels all clean and comfortable. Villa Giorgio was a little paradise, thank you!

Beautiful villa with casual pool and cozy covered seating area. The villa is divided into two separate levels, so it also offers retreats. Everything was clean and nicely decorated, but it is relatively noisy. The view of the lake and the surroundings was awesome.

The house is super great, cozy and has a great location with fantastic views! We would come back here again and again.

...it is no coincidence that this location deserves the best from every point of view...!!...a really beautiful historic villa...where you can stay in absolute tranquility...pampered by Simion in every detail...!!...excellent value for money...very close to the lakes...it is really the ideal place to stay for a wonderful holiday...BRAVII...!!! Carlo and the 12 cyclists from Cuneo...! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!
